Frustratingly, the turbine installation was a nightmare, causing endless noise and even damaging parts of my property. Absolutely unacceptable!

Disappointingly, the solar panels have been nothing but trouble, constantly needing repairs. I regret ever trusting this company.

Honestly, the installation was a disaster—poor planning led to delays and unexpected expenses. I wouldn’t go through this again.

Disappointed with this company Sales rep very good at telling how good they are and how long it takes for installation of turbine 3 months after survey, Its now 6 months after survey and after lots emails asking for a date I get same answer they still waiting for suppliers with a delivery to there company, I have even in my last email said just be honest what is going on, And there reply was your request as been sent to the department dealing with this were before it was just waiting for delivery, Yet online they are advertising that they install turbines and have them in stock ? So I have told them if I don't get a installation date by end of February I will want my deposit back, So don't fall for the empty promises. I have now received a letter with a installation date feb/March in other words not a date, Also asking me to pay outstanding balance as it says in terms of contract but it does not say that it says quite clearly outstanding balance to be paid after installation and there sales rep said the same so now I have requested my deposit back and again a fob off that they have sent my request to the department that deals with this no time how long before I get my deposit back so this week if I don't get my money back will be contacting my solicitor, So do not fall for this companies lies and stay away. It's been 6 days now and no response from there so called department I rang again to be told the same thing no one there to talk to just a lone secretary with rehearsed lines, So I informed her this is my last phone call to them and a email I have said that it will be my solicitor that takes over, So do not ring this company or part with any money they are frauds I have also got my bank investigating them for fraud. I Have not received a email from Trustpilot asking me me respond to solar daddy about this review in otherwords asking for a reference number to my dispute and if I cannot provide one the review be removed Solar Daddy no matter when you ring you can never get past the secretary and there is never no one available talk to you so getting a reference number to complain is hopeless Again solar daddy are ignoring my emails about my refund and trying use tactics to remove this review In the end all they have do is stick to there terms and conditions in there contract and this review will be removed, VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY The 28 days deadline after asking for a refund is long over now and still no refund or email from solar daddy, They have tried get this review removed so they can carry on taking money under false circumstances They think I will get fed up and go away and write my money off but there time is coming, Again do not use this company.

Unfortunately, the return policy is too rigid, forcing me to keep a defective product. I feel completely let down by Solar Daddy.

Unfortunately, the photovoltaic setup provided by Sun Master has not delivered as expected. Even after investing a premium in their service, I have yet to notice any meaningful reduction in energy costs.

Adam spoke to me today regarding me wanting to buy a solar power battery. I had already confirmed a couple of days after your last visit that I wasn't interested due to cost. Adam mentioned a further reduction in the cost. I again said I wasn't interested because of cost. Adam asked me what price would be acceptable. I said again I wasn't interested. I wonder what Adam would have said is I'd have said installing a battery free of charge!!!!!

So glad I read the reviews here before signing up with these guys.

Had one of their "technicians" over for a free health check and wanted me to sign up for their service plan. Very pushy and wanted payment on the day. I asked a few technical questions and realised he was just a self employed salesman working on commissions from sales with no real technical knowledge.

I took their brochure and did my own digging. Looks like everything the salesman said was a complete lie. Companycheck shows their terrible financial status and the owner has very recently been convicted for fraudulent activity very similar to what I experienced

Do your research. Most reviews they've received here and on Google are highly questionable. Hint hint..

The solar panel installation resulted in damage to my roof, which has cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Bad market 😡.

The panel cleaning team arrived on time and did a pretty thorough job with their long brush and hose, and gave some good advice about bird protection. The battery status inspection also went without a hitch. Thanks.

The Solardaddy group, they are not a member of any registered government body for fitting solar panels/turbines, it’s down to sub contractors to be members and responsible for this, They refuse to give me my deposit back of £5500 !! after careful consideration, I cancelled 3 days after signing the contract (18th November) as I decided to sell the property, they have avoided all contact with myself , you can’t get through to sales, accounts or maintenance? No call backs after making about 120 and leaving messages and emails for Martin or Ash, and it’s now January 28th. There now is no director in the company, so they should not be trading, they won’t supply anything as they think no one is responsible in the company and will still take your money ( FRAUD ) they are not a member of the FCA ( finance) and should not display a registered FCA number on their booklet Nor are they a member of .BIZ that they advertise ! . BIZ is a third party for disputes? After exhausting most avenues for my deposit, I have now put this debt into the hands of debt collectors. Don’t waste your money with this alleged company. You won’t even get your maintenance done !
