James Halpin and Katie Bacchus were both extremely helpful and dealt with any queries, whether by email or on the phone, promptly in plain English. They kept us clearly informed during the process, which went smoothly and to the timetable and price they set out. Joe Kennedy at SO Legal was given, what I considered to be, an impossible timetable to achieve a completion of our property sale, to take place 4 weeks after acceptance of the offer. Circumstances dictated that it would never be a straightforward affair, but completion went ahead on time, and Joe was actually ready early!
Despite inherent complications, the transaction went smoothly throughout, and we were kept fully informed of events every step of the way.
