Loved the fitness bike I was able to find. The details, the feedback, and the reputation that Sole has is great! I've had one of their ellipticals for 3 years now and it's a key part of my routine.

However, the website experience left a lot to be desired. I had pop-ups every time I added items to the cart. It was frustrating to be "sold" additional items when I just wanted to purchase a few items. In the end, I opted just for the stationary bike because I was so frustrated with the website experience.

Great and fast even thought it is to early to tell. I will update the comment in a few months.

Have had a sole F63 treadmill for 3 years.
Fantastic treadmill, even better customer service.

I ordered a e98 eliptical February 2023. The resistance stopped working maybe 4 minutes into use. Couldn't adjust it it was gone. This was shortly after the delivery men left. I tried to reach the company to have them come back and fix it with no luck. It took several calls and finally after a month a man was here to fix it. It turned out the belt fell off. He put it back on and left. It broke again. One tech from sole told me I was probably running to fast on it. I reminded her it was used for 4 minutes. Again, this whole process took over a month until finally they just sent me a new one. I got the new machine. It was partly The 2020 edition of e98 elliptical But had a smaller blueprint. The delivery guy told me I got a newer addition. They set it up in my house and they were here till about 11:00 PM to set it up. I was excited to finally be able to use the elliptical. The next day I did a 30 minute workout on it using all the features. It was wonderful. My daughter went to go on it And said that she thinks that it was broken again. I got on it and again same issue. Resistance gone, can't adjust it. I'm returning it and I'm done with the company.

Shipping and communication with sole and the many other companies you need to talk to to sole problems is awfulI. I paid for turnkey delivery. It took almost two months before it was delivered. The company that organized my delivery was arc best, the individuals who delivered the eliptical were individual contractors from another company. Each had there own confirmation numbers,delivery numbers, etc, which made it hard to communicate issues with anyone. I was lied to a few times when I would call to talk to Individuals from Sole and Technical assistance. The only progress I made is through e-mail, and I began only communicating in that way.

The individuals at last delivered it. Told me they never put one together before. From the reviews that I've watched on YouTube of putting it together I learned that tightening the arms too much and other factors can interfere with the machines Functionality. I also learned from one of the delivery men that a lot of these machines get damaged in the delivery to the warehouse (ie dropped).

I love the elliptical. It's a one machine I use in every gym that I belonged in. I thought maybe I should just own my own stay at home with my family. The sole Elliptical looked like a beautiful machine. My experience with the company has been a drawn out nightmare. I wasted four months of my life on this.

Six years after we purchased Sole F80 treadmill, we discovered the running deck had cracked and the rollers were rusted. After several mails and calls over weeks with the Sole service people, we were told that the damage would not be covered as our exercise room was not in a 'climate controlled interior room.' Apparently, having an insulated room with a heater and dehumidifier did not count. They claimed that the humidity in the room would have cracked the deck, though we sent pictures showing the cracks clear without any rust. We agreed that the rollers may have rusted due to moisture and were prepared to forgo replacement for rollers. The warranty mentions not placing the treadmill near a pool or spa, which it was not. The warranty does not mention anything about requiring an interior climate controlled room. Also, the service people were under the misconception that we were using a 'humidifier' (?!) rather than a 'dehumidifier' in the exercise room. When we pointed out that it was a dehumidifier to keep the room dry, they stopped answering mails. It looks like they were trying their best to not honor their warranty. Really surprised that a reputable company like Sole would resort to these tactics.

Bought an E35 elliptical and it came damaged. Called customer service for repair and they sent the wrong parts. Took another 2 weeks for a technician to come out, but they ordered wrong parts. Reordered parts, but now I can't even get a technician to come out. Been over a month now. I would never buy from them again!

I have a Sole F80 treadmill (2021 I believe) and it functions fine, but Sole limits the bluetooth functionality so that it will not work with third-party fitness apps to control treadmill incline and speed, which means that you are stuck with their very small built-in workout menu. You can still adjust speed and incline manually, but you will lose so much functionality to use different workout programs of your choice. Asked about a firmware upgrade, SOLE told me sorry, no plans to do anything about that. Basically we have your money, see ya sucker…

Don’t buy Sole! The customer service is the worst. I have ordered parts for over 6 months. The staff sent me rear roller and other parts still waiting. They told me to call every two weeks to check if other parts were available. After over 6 months of calling, I told them I would not want the rest anymore. I would buy a new treadmill, and wanted to return the rear roller (it’s in the box or package as it’s shipped. Not been opened at all), they didn’t respond to my request. No one, staff nor manager has ever did anything to process my request. They only said they would called back but never happened. I have receipt that said it could be returned.

I bought a treadmill and a mat to go under it directly from the Sole web site. I spent more on their mat because I assume it was designed to work with their treadmills. After a short amount of moderate use, the mat ripped apart at the corners where the feet touched the mat. I reached out to Sole customer service to find out whether I was using the mat wrong or 'anything' they could tell me about why this would happen after such a short period of time. I followed back up with them about a week later after I got no reply... Another week later, and nothing still. I am not an unreasonable customer that expects everything to be perfect-- stuff rips sometimes. But to get no response whatsoever for a defective design or product is unacceptable and reflects poorly on a company on how it treats its customers when dealing with defects in their product.

After the asembly men assembling the tt8 treadmill, it didnt work yea thats right the sole fitness deliver me a broken treadmill , the manger said I could refuse it and they would take it back right now or I could keep it and get a replacement --i choose to refuse it, but they wouldnt take the treadmill back, the driver told me that he knew something was wrong with this treadmill cos the box was wet and damaged and he showed me pics of it off his phone and said if he didnt deliver it he would be fired, have it all on video cos my video camera was recording everything even the boss saying i could refuse so this is how the sole company is do things I am so disappointed also one of them put screws in his pocket so they would not have to put them in the treadmill when the other one ask could he use my bathroom i knew that happen cos i was recording but before i step away there where alot screw laying on the ground when i came back they where gone so I look at the camera and yea he pick the screws up, then they said they was done

My Sole fitness F80 stop working on 3/12/2023. I called that day and was informed that it needed part #729114-1 which would be ordered. Since that time I called several times and was told the part has not arrived due to shipping issues. 1). Is it fair for a customer to wait almost ONE MONTH to have a treadmill service? 2). Do you understand the importance of customer satisfaction? 3). I am extremely disappointed with the uncaring responses. 4. I will never purchase another product or recommend this company to another consumer.

The E98 is a waste of time and money. I bought the E98 through the Sole website. I chose this brand because I loved how they backed the product with a decent warranty and after demoing the smaller version it was a smooth ride. Since I wanted a more quality item I purchases the eliptical that was light commercial use with hopes it would last. Unfortunately that was not the case. My eliptical broke after a few light uses. After three repairs (backed by warranty) I was issued a replacement due to a potential bent frame. After using the replacement a few times, the machine broke again. I called to request a refund because a commercial grade product should not break after light use. The company has issued a 3rd replacement. Hope this time works better. Unfortunately this has wasted a lot of time calling for parts, calling for maintenance and calling for replacement. This machine requires you to put together yourself (4hrs/installation). Plus i have to find someone to lift it in and out of my house. Do yourself a favor don't waste the time or money like I did. Paying for commercial grade or advertising of commercial grade does not seem to be worth it.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with. There shipping Company Select Express scheduled and canceled on me 4 times. So dont rearranged you schedule to be home for these people. Customer service is a bunch of kids answering the phone, that don't care if you cancel or what issue you are having. I would give the a minus 100 if I could. So frustrating. Awful customer service!

I bought a treadmill from Costco and paid 160 to have it professionally installed. It was almost impossible for a non-professional to install due to poor machining and things just not fitting right. Once installed I discovered it was defective as the belt kept sliding to one side so I contacted Sole and they sent a belt guide (a sharp piece of metal that is supposed to keep the belt in place) I didn't really like that solution. I bought a brand new treadmill and rather than add something that will definitely cause wear and tear I would have preferred the fix the root cause and the defective part. I exchanged through Costco instead, hoping the next machine worked. It did not. I had to shell out another 150 for installation again! So I have been trying to get a treadmill installed and working for four months now. I'm really at the end of my rope with Sole. I'm out $300 bucks and still don't have a working treadmill. Their treadmills are not high quality, nor are they worth the price tag. I can't even imagine what problems will be in store for me down the road.

I purchased a bike from them and it broke after the 3rd time being used. Called customer service and they sent the parts, but now I am waiting for one of there approved contractors to come fix it. I did speak to customer service a second time and she was very rude and could not be bothered to help me. I tried sending them an email to let them know it was still not repaired and have had no response. I am still within my 30 day window to return and that is exactly what I shall do if I hear nothing else from them.

I just bought a sole f80 and I was told by the company to lubricate the belt before using it. So I did, then I tried to re adjust the belt and then I started having problems. I was terrified to over tighten the belt and void the warranty. It should have been a simple process, however it was not. I paid for the extended warranty and I hope that they can send a technician to fix the problem. I wish that I never purchased the product.

Completely unethical company, I purchased one of the treadmills that continually trips circuits at my brand new house. The recommendation for a fix is to have an electrician out and rewire. They won’t stand by their product, they won’t issue a refund, they won’t issue a credit. Please do not buy anything from this extremely shady company.

Horrible company! They had an attitude with me the whole time. I originally planned to use their finance option. Didn’t work at the time. They told me to try the next week. still didn’t work so i bought in full.

delivery process, which i paid for was horrible. they slid the machine upstairs and did no calibration after unboxing. Pretty sure the loudness of the device was a result of damage!

the device itself, ST90 for $3800, was a pos. completely unusable. constantly throwing errors. glitching all the time and throwing errors. i can’t believe the price, given the quality of the device .

Our LCR recumbent bike starting clicking while pedaled. Service technician Amanda Frey evaluated and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly.

She reviewed a video of the issue and promptly followed for additional information and I performed
various activities to further assess the actual issue. I received new bearings under warranty and installed.
