I purchased a braided solo loop strap for my daughter's Apple Watch on October 12, 2021, and it has not been delivered yet. When I checked the tracking number on their website, it turned out to be invalid. I've reached out through their 'Contact Us' form three times without receiving any response. I spent £30.94 on this order, and have still not received the strap intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Attempts to locate a customer service phone number have been unsuccessful. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you value your money. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

I originally bought a black strap for a cool friend of mine and she absolutely loved it. It's stylish, well made and makes carrying her phone very convenient. She's asked Santa for another in a different colour. I'm ordering 2 more as Christmas gifts for my family. Ordering was super easy and swift! This is a great product!

Charge appeared on my credit card without me having any recollection of purchasing. Looked through all my emails could not find a purchase confirmation anywhere. Contacted my credit card company who are thankfully refunding me and taking it up with the "company" if they even exist. AVOID!

Absolutely diabolical. Delivery took much longer than advertised, strap was shipped from Hong Kong. Very poor quality and could be purchased elsewhere at a much cheaper price! I wish I’d read the reviews here before purchasing!

Absolutely diabolical selling fake apple straps / using official apple images on their website also making out the strap is reduced from £49.95 which would lead you to believe you were getting an Apple Strap or at least something a little more premium than what turned up.

The straps that turned up in their little white plastic sleeves are available everywhere for about £3

Item arrived from China after several weeks.
It did not fit for so I decided to return it.
After lots of emails without any reply from their “customer support team” I finally got an address to send the item back.
The strap was delivered without any problems, I have received the delivery confirmation from Royal Mail with their signature, and I never get my money back!!
I tried to contact them several times, again, without any reply, so I had to open a dispute with Visa.
Please AVOID at all costs… I cannot even find their website anymore.

Came across this website (checked UK - checked address) before I spent £50 on 2 straps. Immediately received text stating order received. The follow day got another text my item was shipped with a “Royal Mail” tracking number ….
4 days later I’ve tried tracking number but not recognized. Then I started to investigate … checked trust Pilot and my heart sank! … exactly same as everyone else …. So now 2 weeks since my purchase …. Royal Mail still awaiting to receive (slow boat from China) I’ve emailed customer service 5 days ago asking why they “pretend to be UK based and “pretend to have a Uk office” … This company upon my research have also got another website called Royalstraps co.Uk …. Again given the FALSE impression they are UK based! And both websites are word for word regarding context!! …. I thought I originally done my due diligence but forget to check trust Pilot …. Wish I had!! And hence why I’ve put both websites in my review as they are one of the same company and ARE NOT UK BASED!
They’ve closed the website solostraploop.com and replaced it exactly same with royalstraps.co.uk…. Reinforcing they are UK based with a co.uk website addres! THEY ARE NOT!

Why didnt I read these reviews - same as everyone else - strap broke before I even got it on my watch - fell apart in my hands. Customer service non-existent - have been in contact 5 times - email - twitter - facebook - I agree IT'S A SCAM

The ipad tag loops are a great product. The white ones are particularly stylish with the white tag inside.

Horrific experiance all around. Took ages to arrive (from china), horrible quality, no customer service…. Can’t return….. fake UK based website…..

Got refunded after a dispute raised with paypal. Avoid !!!!

Braided Solo Loop Strap.
Item arrived from China - I would not have purchased if I had realised this is where it was coming from.
Website states 41mm strap works with 38mm case. However, it does not sit flush so gives a cheap aesthetic as the edge of the strap extends past the edge of the case.
I used their size guide to ensure correct size but despite my wrist measurement suggesting a Medium, it is far too big with the case attached to the strap.
Not worth the money (£28) or the effort. Won’t be wasting my time with trying to arrange an exchange given it was shipped from China…..move on and try again

Ordered a Watch Strap from them in December and took over a month to arrive. They just keep telling you to check online for their shipping estimated times, yet all it says is "dispatched within 1-2days", nothing actually about arrival time. Customer service was terrible! The only reply I got was sending me a tracking number that I had already given them in my message.

When the band did arrive, it was completely the wrong colour. But theres no point trying to speak to customer service as I know it will take forever to get a reply.

Save the stress, spend a little more and go anywhere else but to this company!

Order two Chargers paid £101.97 on 7th Jan paid express delievey no sign of the product unable to track their tracking number. Noticed that their offices are in ware re post code, went there, the business industrial estate has never heard of them. No response via email and no phone number to speak to anyone!!!! Very strange indeed.

Only 1 star as can’t give 0, stay away from this company, you may as well flush your money away, ordered watch strap for a Christmas present, it wasn’t fit for purpose, didn’t fit the Apple Watch it was supposed to be for, tried to return it but the return has been rejected, it’s cheap rubbish, paid £28 for it, it turned up from China with 1.99 US dollar sticker on it
Have been going round in circles to return it and still no further forward

Ordered a AirTag Holder from them on the 28th December 2021, it was dispatched 2 days later. Low & behold it’s not turned up, tried the tracking link & number, it’s invalid.
Filled out a contact us form to see where it is & still had no response.

Product never arrived. Useless customer service.

I've completed the 'Contact Us' form 3 times now and I'm yet to receive a reply. I paid £30.94 when I ordered the watch strap, and I've nothing to show for it. I ordered the strap as a Christmas present for my daughter yet it never arrived. I've just been trying to find a contact number so I can speak to someone, but I can't find one. Do not buy from this company unless you're happy to throw your money down the drain. I'm really disappointed.
