Delivery was excessive and communication was slow.
The MagSafe wallet is not ideal either. At best I can get 1 card in, and then it’s difficult to get out and the magnet is not strong enough so the wallet easily drops off the back of my iPhone.

Never got my item. So I asked to get my money back.
(I sent emails about this, unfortunately no answer)

I am extremely pleased with with ultimate wireless charging station my Apple Watch & Apple phone both have rugged cases on them and they both charge absolutely well . I have received fantastic customer care from Sololoopstrap being kept informed through the whole process I would recommend this company

just a cheap poor quality product, ordered the 44mm strap and it didn’t fit my watch at all.

After over a month of waiting , they finally arrived ! However, they are so small that I cannot use them, they have stoppet all circulation to my hand!

I had placed an Order# SOLO2927 on 28th Nov, but I haven't received any communication about it. It's been long since I placed the order and It's really worrying me that there isn't any update on the order. I wrote to them several times, but as usual no update on the order yet.

Package has never arrived. I ordered November 10th and there has not been any movement on the shipment.
I emailed support and was told to wait 20 business days. It is way past 20 business days at this point and have sent 2 subsequent emails with absolutely no response.
Very poor customer service! Will never order again.

Got my strap and it was the right size and looks nice , however it broke in two within a couple of weeks , just a not that cheap knockoff really

I ordered 4 straps which totaled about $85. After more than 2 weeks, received the mail but only 2 straps were in the package. I thought maybe the other two were in a separate package so I waited for another week but none came. I went and wrote to customer service and got a response saying the order only shows 1 strap but it was my bad for providing the incorrect email address in my initial inquiry. I then replied with the correct email and got a response that the order could not be found. I sent the screenshot of the receipt and then heard from no one ever since. I’ve already followed up 3 times now but still no response. By the way, the straps that I received looked worn so they’re too loose for me and one had paint chipped on the metal part of the strap. Don’t be fooled by this company, they have such a bad service and I feel like I’ve just been robbed of the $85 I spent here expecting good quality straps.

Sent wrong size, keep ignoring my emails to resolve, had to start a payment dispute

J'ai contacter a plusieurs reprise le service client ( 3 fois par mail ) et je n'ai jamais recu aucune reponse. Les bracelets ne respectent pas les tailles annoncés et de plus ils correspondent a une montre de 38mm or j'ai une 44mm. Bref j'ai mis de l'argent a la poubelle ou je suis sur que d'autres en aurait fait meilleur usage.

I bought one for my and my girlfriend. I got her a small and I bought a medium for me. The medium was too tight even for my girlfriend and I noticed the band on the medium was not wide enough to compensate for the larger apple watch face. The braiding was decent enough but size is off and you can tell where the cost cuts happen. Never wore it again.......

The strap is a good quality, however it looks out of place on a 44mm watch as the strap is not wide enough. Otherwise it is as described.
