My strap finally arrived. The quality is okay but only okay. From the shipping info I have determined that what this organisation does is broker a deal as the strap comes from China. I can now confirm that you can buy exactly the same strap on Amazon for £15. Of course with Amazon you have the certainty that the item will be delivered quickly and a full channel of communication as well as a money back guarantee. This company has failed to answer 4 emails from me yet within one day of me leaving a poor review on trustpilot they are defending themselves making all sorts of claims that they are small business and only trying to help et cetera et cetera which is all rubbish the emails are never answered and the reason for this is obviously poor Customer service!!! Also from reading reviews it appears that they have tried to scam by using someone else review details falsely. It is clear that they are at the top of Google searches by using pay per click which is of course okay if you are decent honest business but many people trust Google and believe that if something appears at the top of Google it’s the best especially children and young adults. This is of course not the case so in this instance using pay per click is a deliberate ploy to overcharge people! My advice is to stay right away and buy the strap on Amazon. I did not expect you to respond to this review because you responded to my last one with a load of hollow promises that you did not honour so I would rather throw the strap in the bin and write off the £25 that I paid you. If you ran a decent business you would not keep getting poor reviews on trustpilot. Like most people I am busy especially at this time of the year so I will only leave a good review if I have had exceptional service or a bad review if I have had extremely bad service frankly I have better things to do but the purpose of trustpilot is to help people determine whether a company is worth dealing with and in my experience you are not!!!

Purchased a 3 in 1 Qi charger from this website. Have not received the item, but more worrying I never received a confirmation email or any correspondence.

Contacted customer services via the website message portal twice. Have received no reply.

Have been charged for the product and am starting to wonder if this is an untrustworthy company.

Update - order did arrive. However it was a lengthy delivery time. Also no confirmation email or update on shipping, and had to email twice to get any response from customer service.

Im very disappointed!
I ordered my loop 4 weeks ago, and the only information I got was that it may purchase in the next time from the Netherlands. Now I’m still waiting and waiting for what?? I’m not even sure, if I got scammed.

Im very sad about that, and im looking for some refoundation of my cash.

Items not as displayed. Poor communication and very slow deliveries.

Also just been informed a faulty return I made was not accepted due to state of item. ( I sent them pictures of the damages strap prior to returning). I will be requesting charge back from my card issuer. They also seem to ignore requests to cancel orders made before shipping then only respond once item as shipped.

Please don't buy from this company. They have a long way to go before they can be a company that can be relied on to give entry level customer service levels.

Delivery was quoted at 14 working days.
However delivery actually took just over 5 weeks, nearly 6.
No tracking information was valid. Links were emailed, but tracking system didn’t work, so unable to find out where they are.

I am now updating my recent review to 5 Stars *****. My patience paid off and communication between myself and Sue of SoloLoopStrap has been quick, understanding , professional and productive. Both Solo Loop Straps (braided and other) arrived within 4 days of each other. It was due to production of Braided and both had Tracking Numbers that I was given. Sue was quick to respond to my follow up emails. I was sceptical at first but will now purchase again. I do believe in updating my review as the Company has apologised and the issue has been resolved. The straps are both very good quality and especially the braided which looks fantastic. This has saved me a fortune £££ 👍.
Thanks for listening SoloLoopStrap and my faith has been restored.

Avoid! Big scam.
I was alerted to this site by a friend who noticed that they have been using my photo of a genuine strap in a fake review to promote their product. How disgusting to mislead customers and steal images from genuine people.

I have on November 11th ordered a braided loop strap for AppleWatch and paid for it with ApplePay. The several inquiries were not answered; both through web site and direct email. The money was debited. thanks for nothing...

Purchased two straps from this company, they arrived and were not as pictured on the site. The straps seemed to be of very poor quality, and would appear to be cheap ones you can get from Ali express. They are not worth the price paid.

Raised a return, and sent the item back. However when I got a refund they took money off the refund, apparently to cover costs.

I will be reporting to trading standards as the products being sold are not what you get.

I wouldn’t recommend sololoopstrap.com, instead go and buy straps from either Apple or Amazon.

The quality of this strap is high class! I like the comfy when im wearing it with my apple watch, its just like that i bought a brand new watch! I really love this!

The first time I saw the item I was really amazed. It is so comfortable to wear and it is also stylish. I love how it fits my wrists. It has nice design and it was delivered fast. I want to buy another one for my husband.

Well, the band is okay. Good item, almost identical with the original Apple watch band. Nice design also, smooth and sleek.
