Honestly if I could give one star I…
Honestly if I could give one star I would. My order was ordered as a UK express 24h dispatch order. The order (SOLO4503 in case the customer service bothers to check) was placed on 18th April. It was ordered as a bday present, supposed to arrive on 5 May (I thought that was plenty of time, especially considering the express 24h dispatch). After c. 5 working days I sent an email to get an update of the order with no reply. I then followed up on this email multiple times again with no response. I think I probably sent about 7 emails in 15 working days. The customer service claims to get back to equiries in 2 working days but I have not received any reply to any of my emails. Only yesterday I finally got a notification from the Royal Mail that the sender despatched the item and they are expecting it. This is 3 working weeks after placing the order. Absolutely ridiculous company who clearly does not care about their customers. Honestly if you value your sanity do not order anything. I now pray that the item arrives undamaged and is actually good, because if not I do not think I will ever be able to get a refund from them. I will proceed to report this company to the Citizen Advice because this company should not be allowed to operate.

Bad quality and no refund received
I wasn´t happy with the quality at all. It looked really tacky. The return process was very complicated and slow. I´m still waiting for my refund weeks after sending it back.

Useless and unserious company!
I made an order in October 2020, they sent the order but the Swedish postal office lost it, a month later they found it and sent it back to the company. I contacted them telling I want a refund or for them to send me the product again. After trying to contact them several times I got an answer after 2 months but then got no help and they stopped answering again. Now 6 months later I still haven’t gotten any help or answer after trying to contact them several times.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSERIOUS COMPANY!

Thieves Do not order from these crooks
Ordered small strap November 2020. Paid by PayPal. Size was way too large so requested refund. Filled out returns form and was told to send strap back recorded delivery, which I did. It was delivered back to them and they signed for it at the Ware SG12 address. I sent hundreds of e mails over a period of 3 months and no response. Took them to PayPal resolution centre and I lost the case because they said they never received my return and it was as described. I tried to get post office to compensate but I was outside their 80 day cut off point. Do not buy from them.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke, yes they supply inexpensive apple replica parts but if everyone knew how this company deals with problems no one would purchase a thing. Every bad/negative review is an understatement and to never respond to any email is unprofessional. My advice is if you bought their product and aren’t happy with it, send it back with proof of postage. Then contact your bank and tell them you have been mis sold a product which is not fit for purpose. To not be able to leave a review on their website shows how poorly this company operates, the quicker this company goes under the better.

Poor Customer Service.
Order 3 mediums which took weeks to arrive, which i was not bothered by. However after contacting Solo Loop Straps to request an exchange that was accepted for a smaller size they have not responded to any of my 5 emails.
It has now been over 3 months since the originals were ordered and 2 months since returning my straps for an exchange.
I have emailed today requesting that they send my straps today or contact me by end of day to refund the straps that they are refusing to send after payment.
It's a shame because there are so many straps that i would have liked to order from this company!

Really slow, average quality, still no refund
I first ordered a braided solo loop on 31st January, then when I realised the product was coming from China, asked the company to cancel on the 2nd February. The response from them was that the details had been sent to you fulfillment center and could not be cancelled.
I then had to wait until 16th February for the product to arrive. I didn't want to keep it (it didn't look good or fit well), so emailed to arrange a return. I then chased Sololoopstrap for returns information 2 days later. The responce received asked me to complete a form, which I did straight away. Another 2 days later, I received returns authorisation and an address to return the item
It is now 2 weeks later, and still no refund. My last email to Sololoopstrap had been ignored. It is 6 weeks from time of first ordering. Avoid.

Horrible company
Horrendous company, do not buy ! Terrible quality straps. The sizing template on their website does not work. I ordered a medium, as per the template, and this was too large. I then ordered a small and this was too tight. I am trying to get my items refunded but the company sent me the wrong address to return to and, having paid for postage, the item was sent back to me. They are terrible at responding to customer support and I am still waiting on a my refund to be accepted. Take your money elsewhere, I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Very poor service! Avoid at all costs!!
Very poor service. Waiting for delivery of strap after placing order 26/11/20. Nearly 8 weeks late!! Customer service is shocking and never proactive I always have to chase them and then wait days for a reply. It’s obviously now going to take a long time for my refund so I am reporting them for fraud to PayPal to try and help. Steer clear of this company their products may be cheap but I am sure the quality is as cheap as their poor customer service skills.
