Updated 4/19. Not sure why this is labeled unprompted review because it was. Not happy that they dragged me over here to write a review after working on my laptop which is still freezing on me when gaming. These reviews are not genuine when pressured to write one. I need to be honest my problem is still not fixed. They did try two more times and still no good. Losing my faith in them and out $250.

Sent to me two technicians who were very low quality.
Took so many hours and couldn't figure out the problem and talking on the phone with their boss to tell them how to do. One even acknoledged that he doesn't know how to.

Brian was excellent, so helpful, patient and great to work with!!!

Richard Richmand was very personable and explained everything thoroughly.

Austin was wonderful, kind knowledgeable and above sweet and patient.

Tech Albert Johnson from SOS Geek always comes in quickly to solve any technical problems on my old as well as new laptop, MS Office etc. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Had trouble this morning with the system and Harris did a fine job of getting me back up to speed. Good job on his part!

Tech Albert from SOS Geek helped me to fix all the issues like blocking Scam calls on my Samsung smartphone, Enabled printing from my phone to my HP printer, very patient and always helpful. I would always recommend Albert and SOS Geek tech support to everyone.

It was Lengthy but worth the time process. I am happy that my computer is in good hand s now and satisfied with the services. Kenny was polite, patient and very detailed in explaining the whole process.

Keith did good but the only thing left is on my money program, he forgot to bring two of the accounts into the program. they are downloaded from the other computer on a tab called Burt's money but I'm not sure how to get them into the site.

Your agent Austin, answered my call today. The man has more patience with an old man that does not know much about computers. On top of that I'm hard of hearing and 91 years old. Austin understood right away what was troubling me with my computer. He set to work and in spite of me he resolved all of the problems. I appreciate his effort and patience.

It was difficult to understand the tech. He was able to restore my computer but I don't understand what updating the computer the previous evening caused this problem. I had tried accessing your tech's a few days before this incident but no one responded. This was in regard to my mobile phone protection, which I had coverage from the previous Geek Squad. Then a few days later this happened.

I can't say enough good things about Kevin! He handled all the changes perfectly and went above and beyond by improving several other things on my computer while he was at it. I've been a client for years and his work never disappoints. So pleased—thank you, Kevin!

My computer had been hacked and needed to be cleared of remainder malware. I chose SOS Geek because ratings looked good. My experience was great. I had all 3 of our computers updated and new web anti-virus installed. Most of the work was done by the technician without needing me to spend much time on the phone and at the computers. I will use them in the future if needed.

I would love to have the technician to come back again to tutor me! And with any computer issue, the technician was spot on and great, easy to understand. I was very happy with who you've sent. Technician was Jason Tu.
