Your tech solve the problem in five minutes, which was great and deserved a rating of 5+
However, I reduced it down to a 4 because of the frustration and delay in getting an appointment on line . For some reason two online representatives between them to finally fix the date . The whole process was so frustrating and even confusing to me that I was tempted to look elsewhere for help, but the final firm date was agreed in the nick of time and the technical representative arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional .

Mixed experience
Editing to to say they did call back 2/26 after reading my review and tried to help again by offering to come out and replace part that kept jamming, but no part was available. I appreciate the extra call to try to help make it right.
mixed review...I wrote in the ticket the issue in writing and then told them on the phone when I scheduled, (major paper jam that would have to have the machine partially taken apart) I was very adamant about this and said if they aren't able to take the machine apart, then I need to find someone else. The first tech showed up with no tools, so I tried to explain what happened but he would not really listen to me and said he would have to diagnose. After a few hours he said it was impossible that there was paper stuck in the machine even though I kept explaining all the reasons why I knew there was. So after 2 hours, they send another tech at no extra charge, who came in with tools and opened up the machine and just like I said, there was a massive jam with almost a full sheet of paper crammed up in there. Wes was great....He fixed it, we tested the machine and it worked, but the next day, it jammed again and a small bit of paper and small screw fell out of the back. They offered a discount for someone to come out again, but since I had already spent $270, it was not worth it, considering the printer wasn't very expensive. The other issue they can improve on is when calling in the 800 line, the reps talk over you and don't listen. Even trying to give my email and making sure they wrote down the correct letters (like "M as in Mary") but he had no patience and kept trying to "guess" so I just let him.... and of course when they tried to send the invoice, the emial was wrong...It makes you start wondering if it is because I am a woman they don't listen to what I am saying the problem is? Anyway, I give 3 stars because they did try and make it right with the second tech and he was very nice and believed what I was saying. But overall it was a "meh" experience.
Scam and threatening
I called this company thinking they were the geek squad. That was my first mistake. They did send a repair man over well I wouldn’t really, repair man. He was looking on his YouTube to figure out what the issue was. We knew the button was bad or broken, but he couldn’t help diagnose it with the bad button. He called his boss or the people that employed him to come do a house call Call and he told them that he was unable to do a diagnostic well that’s what I was supposed to be paying for a diagnostic so when he failed to be able to perform his diagnostic, then he went on his way the manager called me up wanting his $180 for the visit that lasted about five minutes when I told him I was not going to pay for this service since there was no diagnostic taken place he’s got very upset. Demanded the money by then hung up on him. He called me back or this so-called company called me back 27 times threatening me telling me they were going to send the collection team to my home. This is highly unprofessional for any kind of business. I would not recommend and I don’t trust any of these reviews that would give him or them anything more than one star .
