Thorough and very efficient. Solved all computer issues

Good service but multiple technicians makes it confusing at times.

All the technicians assisting with my rather difficult problem were courteous, patient and very helpful. I would highly recommend SOS Geek to anyone seeking computer troubleshooting.

Jenoy was knowledge, friendly and helpful with answering my questions. The ordeal that sent me calling in a frazzle state was very upsetting. He was patient with me, kind and all my questions. Even laughed with me in my nervous sense of humer.

Ross answered our call he understood the issue and quickly assigned the task to Jenoy. Jenoy worked with me over the phone to direct the command codes, however it wasn't working out, so he came on site on Friday evening to troubleshoot the malware issues. We are pleased with the outcome. The computer should be almost back to normal. Thank you so much.

Jenoy worked with me tirelessly until we got our computer issue taken care of. He didn't give up until he figured it out! There are not tech companies out there that I have worked with, including QuickBooks that have worked on specific issues until they are completed. Jenoy made this happen.
If there was a specific issue and he needed assistance, he would call me back quickly and let me know what was going on. He is a real treasure!

Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided step by step instructions and was patient and professional when helping to get security Webroot on my phones and IPad.

I was having trouble with my printer, it just stopped printing. I contacted geeks tech pro and after trying several things to get it working they found that HP had changed my printer so that it would no longer accept the LD ink cartridges that had been working just fine. Jenoy who was taking care of my concern suggested I try an HP ink cartridge and I agreed. It was taking me a while to get the ink, during this time GEEK TECH PRO called me to check and see if it was working, told them I had not gotten the ink yet. Shawn said he would send me an ink cartridge which he did. My printer is doing just fine. Thank you GEEKS TECH PRO, NOW SOS GEEK TECHS.

Well....... my computer was hacked. That was the start of the downhill slide. My life was in turmoil, as I started to turn it around, I needed to get my computer cleaned. I called SOS Geek Tech Pro. Ross Stevens, planned out an immediate course of action, along with Nickie Houston. They scanned, cleaned and got my computer back to good health, with no more bad stuff lurking. Ross then installed some Killer software to ensure it stays in good health. Using high quality software, knowledge and dedication to helping the underdogs, at a reasonable cost. My experience was way above expectations and will be my go to people, from now on!!! Thanks for all your help!
