Victoria Peter & the team at Southall Funeral Service were just lovely from the first call made to arrange my mums funeral, throughout the time my mum was with them until her funeral day they treated her & our family so respectfully nothing was a problem so helpful with everything we needed & asked for, they helped make a sad time easier for us all,

I did all my research when it came to helping my relative organise the repatriation of a body to Goa for her funeral in India. Southall Funeral Services went over and above anything I expected. At this very difficult time, Peter was patient, helpful and ready to advise and comfort throughout the process. I could not make a higher recommendation than this company.

Apologies for the delay in sending this message—I've been feeling incredibly tired, and I can’t believe it’s already been a week since the funeral.

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you for all your help and support with my mum’s funeral. It truly meant a lot during such a difficult time.

A special thank you to Victoria and Ben, who were so kind and sensitive in helping with everything—from dressing my mum, sorting out the music for the service, and organizing private viewings for relatives who wanted to see her. Their care and compassion were very much appreciated.

And I really want to express my deepest thanks to Steve. He was simply amazing in leading the funeral procession. It meant so much that the procession went passed my mum’s house, and his gesture of standing in front of her home, removing his hat, and saluting was incredibly touching and emotional. That’s something I will always remember, Steve's kindness in doing that will stay in my heart ❤️. It was a beautiful and respectful moment, and I know it would have meant a lot to my mum as well.

Finally, thank you to you, Michael. The whole end-to-end process that you’ve created really took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. With Indian funerals, there’s always so much going on, so it was a huge relief to not have to worry about the funeral arrangements themselves. Your kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.

Again, what can I say about this Funeral company.

Victoria, you gave our family exceptional service, support, advice kindness, reassurance and kept us up to date with everything and very understanding.

This is the second time using them and always deliver over 110%. I really loved the touch with the Grenadian lapel badges - excellent!.

From start to finish Southall Funeral Services made us proud and my nephew was very happy that his mum got the send off she truly deserved.

Amazing service from all who work at this establishment from start to finish would like to give the up most thanks and gratitude for the services provided and to every staff member involved who helped for my Mother Grandmother grandad and my Aunty from 1990 to March 2025 who helped me with my family buriels service and care over the years all I can say is 10 star rating not 5 stars helped me so much when I was lost and confused after losing my mum and my gran provided wonderful funeral services to give my family a wonderful farewell over the years special thanks to Ben who i dealt with the most over the last 2 years calm collected and always communicated and made sure everything i wanted or needed was done great communication which helped me so much at my time of grief the whole team thankyou so much and bless you all.

From our very first conversation with Southall Funeral Service it was clear we had made the right choice of funeral home. They immediately took control of everything, patiently explaining every step of the process to us and completely removing any stress we felt. They approached every request we had with a great deal of respect and empathy and made sure that everything went without a hitch. My family and I will always be grateful for their support at a very difficult time.

We had just lost our father whilst he was on holiday, the complexities that this alone caused was immense and Peter guided us through each step through what was an extremely challenging and emotional time.

I will be eternally grateful for his help and advice, and for getting Dad back as quickly as possible.

The entire team supported us impeccably during our toughest time. They ensured our mum was treated with utmost dignity, grace right from the very first interaction. They were so respectful and knowledgable on all cultural/traditional aspects too and we actually trusted them fully. They worked closely with us, were exceptionally responsive and never made us feel anything was impossible to do.
