Very impressed with Soyer! Had a minor issue a few months after purchase, emailed the company and sent a few pictures. They had a replacement in the mail the next day! Super quick and easy to work with customer service.

My husband’s personalized Picasso bracelet broke. My email of the situation was met with a swift, pleasant reply and replacement was at our door within the week. Wonderful Customer Service!!

Soyer makes great products that our whole family love! Everyone has a bracelet with our child or grandchild's name. The bracelets are durable, well made, and the links don’t just fall apart like most other bracelets. Even when we did have a quality issue, Soyer immediately sent us a replacement. I couldn’t recommend more highly!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

I ordered two bracelets as Father’s Day gifts, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Both bracelets arrived damaged and were of terrible quality. The black metal bracelet came scratched and looked used, while the beaded bracelet would not even open, making it completely unusable.

To make matters worse, both bracelets were supposed to come with a keychain, but only one keychain was included in the package. The order was incomplete on top of already being defective.

I contacted customer service immediately to explain the issues, but they refused to provide a refund or make the situation right. When customers receive damaged and incomplete products, the least a company should do is stand behind what they sell.

This order was meant to be a Father’s Day gift, and instead it caused nothing but frustration. The poor quality, damaged items, missing accessory, and lack of customer support completely ruined what should have been a special gift.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Quality is super poor. Lightweight, no chance anyone will mistake the product for gold. Not worth $100 for an aluminum bracelet.

I'm happy with the quality of the bracelet. I never take it off. It has the names of my 6 kids ! The design of the chain is definitely manly. I wish the inscriptions were larger but there's really not much you can do about that.

Great marketing - that’s how they got me. I purchased a bracelet for my husband and he loved it! Wore it everyday for a couple of months but one by one the bands to keep the name charms in place broke. I reached out to customer service to see if they could provide extra bands and they said “we don’t do that. Look on Amazon”. And these bracelets aren’t cheap either so it sucks that my husband can’t wear the bracelet and even worse is the follow up service.

Product looks great! The rubber bands are not attractive & the links punch my skin a bit 😭

This company is an absolute scam! Purchased two custom bracelets from them for Father’s Day in advance, only one arrived. Tried to contact customer service about the one missing bracelet I paid for, and they ghosted me. I’ve attempted for months to reach out to somebody, no response. Don’t waist your hard earned money on this terrible company. They should be shutdown!

Bought another charm for a bracelet I previously purchased and it didn’t slide on or fit properly. Customer service basically told me it should fit and that’s all. Will not be purchasing anything from this site again.

perfect products

Still haven't received my purchase. The tracking never worked. I can't give feedback on product because it's taking forever to arrive. But I've looked up reviews after the fact, and am bummed I wasted over 100 dollars bc the reviews I've read are crap!

The photos of the charms make it seem as if the names are engraved. The actual product looks more like a sticker that is barely visible and wears off quickly. I would stay away from any products like this and stick to plain jewelry items.
