Bracelet broke and lost a charm. I reached out and was immediately informed I was under warranty and sent the bracelet back. I had the replacement within 1 week!

Cute product but needed it for Christmas and now it’s arriving late even though I ordered by the deadline to receive it before Christmas. Label was created 4-5 days before it actually shipped. I contacted customer service and they said it was shipped (when the label was created) but it actually was conveniently accepted by the post office shortly after I contacted them for a follow up. If you’re going to order, I highly recommend ordering a month ahead just in case.

I was wary of ordering off an ad I saw on Instagram, but loved the look of the bracelets and wanted to gift my husband one for Christmas. The bracelet arrived quickly and looks even better in person. Great quality! Can’t wait to give this to my husband!

Came in fast, high quality, my husband loved it!

The chain was exactly how it was pictured but I am very disappointed in the beads. They were not black they looked like a brown underlay and did not look like any of the photos.

Hate that it’s way to big, have to try and link with other links but, then have excess hanging

My husband absolutely loves his necklace! We gave him the Brooklyn Neck in gold with our 4 children's names engraved on it. Such a sweet gift that he will wear daily. The ordering process was flawless and the shipping was super fast. I will be using Soyer in the future for all the special men in my life. Thinking of personalized gifts for the boys for Christmas next.

Great designs and the customer service was fantastic. Changed my mind last minute after they had already shipped my order. I reached out and they got back to me right away and offered a solution. Very happy with the service and their communication.

Engraving could be bigger and clasp could be easier to do alone

I had made a silly error on my part (not putting in two names), and SOYER sent me my order with no extra charge and without having to return the first order. Very thankful and pleased.

I purchased a bracelet for my husband with our daughter’s name on for Father’s Day. There was initially was some trouble but I was able to speak with customer service and get it sorted out they were incredibly helpful.Would recommend purchasing and look forward to adding more names in the future.

The bracelet is really nice and good quality. It’s the second one I’ve ordered. Unfortunately, this one has names written off center. I wish a more attention to detail especially given that the names are the entire focal point of this jewelery.

Purchased a bracelet and the band broke. When I wrote the company to fix it they said they would send the bands to fix it myself. But that I would have to pay for shipping. I went in to pay for shipping and it charged an additional shipping cost on top of the shipping. I wrote the company about it and they never responded. Poor customer service and cheap jewelry. DO NOT ORDER

The links are cheap. I thought There would be some weight to the bracelet. Not good quality.

Ordered my bracelet for my husband to come Valentine’s Day and the order was shipped, but an error on their part made it return to sender. Contacted the company several times to get an answer to what happened and see if they can send me a new one. I didn’t think this place was a scam, but I guess it is. I hope someone contacts me soon about my order!

False advertisement about what you see online vs what you get in the mail. When I bought up the difference in photos in person and in their website, they responded "The picture is for illustration purposes only" which means you will not receive what you see in the pictures. Unbelievable.

Ordered over a week ago with no shipping or tracking info. Went based on the description of when shipping would be so it would be here for my husbands birthday. I now have nothing

The bracelet is incorrect. I chose to have 4 custom beads and it came with 5 beads including a blank bead in the middle of the 4 names. It does not look how I expected at all. Very frustrating!

My order supposedly shipped on November 21st, and I still have not received it. My husband's Birthday is on December 9th and I have nothing for him. Pretty frustrating.
