I purchased a really handsome Soyer bracelet for my husband with his children's names on it because it is supposed to be durable but after 4 months, the clasp broke. I reached out to soyer and they thankfully replaced it with me just having to pay shipping. I am hopeful the first bracelet was just a one off and that my husband gets to enjoy this replacement for a long time! Thanks Soyer!

I have received no tracking number or any information as to when it will be shipped

Unfortunately The name of the charm wore off within less than three months when the bracelet was not worn daily. However, customer service did rectify this and did send us a new bracelet and charm fairly quickly. I only had to repay the small shipping fee of $4.00. However, they then sent us the wrong size bracelet. We got the standard size originally and sent us the larger size under the warranty which is slight too big.

They sent me someone else’s order and I have contacted their customer service 3 times with no response. Beware of this company.

I love the product, my wife gave it to me as a gift for Father’s Day and unfortunately I lost it. So I placed an order again. The only downside is that even though I paid for express shipping, it took way too long so paying for it is not worth it.
On the other hand, the first time I received it, it had the rubber bands installed so the beads don’t move, this time I had to do it myself and it was very hard to do so.

The customer service is fantastic. My order was accidentally shipped to the wrong address, they sent me a replacement right away. My husband loves the sleekness of his bracelet.

Stay away from this company!! They pretend to be US based but everything is from China. I was guaranteed my personalized braclet would be here by Father's Day and it is still in Los Angeles. Soyer will not respond to me. I have reached out to them over 5 times and NO RESPONSE. Spend your money somewhere else!

Horrible. I ordered the gold bracelet for my husband for Father's Day on June 6th and received the item June 17...Way after the guaranteed day it was supposed to be delivered. The item sat in Chicago for DAYS doing nothing and could have been delivered before Father's Day, which gives the company scammy vibes. I emailed support the day of Father's Day and they waited until the item was delivered to reply email of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The bracelet is so FAKE it feels like it was made for a two year old to play with! Spend your money somewhere else.

I ordered an additional bead to add a name to the bracelet my wife got me for Father’s Day last year. I should have known not to do so after the way this company handled issues on her original order. The new bead does not match the original. The font and size are different. The font looks nothing like what is on their website. It arrived from LA with a shipping label that was clearly just stuck on over a drop ship label from China. The customer service responded with a boilerplate email that didn't even address my issue. I've followed up multiple times without a response. Their items are not as described on the website and I will not order from them again.

I was hoping the bracelet I ordered would arrive in time for Father’s Day. I ordered over a week ago and it’s still in transit. It’s been stuck in “Los Angeles” for 5 days. I believe the company pretends to be a US based company but everything is being made and shipped from China. Very misleading! You can find the same bracelet for a fraction of the costs on Etsy and other sites. I 10/10 do not recommend this company

This website is a complete scam. My order was supposedly mailed out however, it has been in the same spot for over a week. Do NOT purchase from here.

Spent $100 on a bracelet, has been 2 weeks with no update. Per the website it should have been here by now and it hasn't even shipped. I've emailed customer service twice with no response. Seems like a scam to me at this point, so sad.

This company sells fake products from China. When you place an order for them you cannot get a refund and you will get no communication or updates on your order.

I also appreciate the discount and the free shipping really helped me out a lot because my grandbabies wanted to get it for their dad's Christmas gift. And the opportunity to track my order.
