As a second time in Spa & Massage in Crouch End, today I was with Ash , a really really good sport therapist. We talk about my body pain and he works to de-contract my muscle. We had a nice talk during the massage and gave me some tips to how recover myself the days after. The studios always offer a warm and relaxing welcome with a warm herbal infusion or water. The facilities are on the ground floor. All the spaces are clean, calming and so so relaxing. I really raccomended it. They also offer different type of massage and therapy.

This has quickly become my favourite place for a little treat and self-care! The staff is caring and kind, very professional and listens to every detail I need!

They have a wide range of therapists and it is important to find the one who works for you best it took me a few tries till I found the one who really made the difference for me . I love the place it is quiet , clean and cosy , and my body feels so much better after a session with trusted therapists who are all professional in their own way and fields, wish I could come more often to calm my mind and de stress my body . 100% recommend to try them my favorite branch is the Turnham Green one but tried the recently opened Chiswick one as well and it was lovely as well.

The staff as soon as I entered were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The facilities were amazing and very clean. Emanuela provided an amazing sports massage leaving me very happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend trying it out, you won’t regret it one bit.

I have been going to Spa and Massage both Chiswick and Bayswater location and every single massage has been absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, the location is beautiful and clean. And the masseuses are very experienced and really take into consideration anything specific you highlight for the massage. They also have great package deals and very generous with additional extra perks. Highly recommended!!!

I have been going to Spa & Massage Chiswick for the last 2 years while pregnant and non pregnant. The experience has been wonderful consistently and the therapists highly professional, while providing great value for money. I look forward to these sessions.

I have been getting massages from Spa&Massage from the last 2 years and I couldn’t recommend it any more. The environment is so relaxing, and I always leave so much more relaxed and at peace.

Staff were knowledgeable, Tea was lovely, everyone was friendly and felt very relaxed.

I have used this spa many times and always been pleased with the massages .
I had one on the 9th July and had suffered a really sore knee .
I don't know what she did, but came out of there with no pain.
And felt the best iv'e felt for a long time .

Daniella gave an exceptional massage today , in fact I only like going to her, she’s brilliant and so knowledgable in this field. I felt like a new woman when I left. Marvellous .

Excellent clinics with very good care from each therapist. The reception in each Spa is a place of calm and the therapists have been amazing at releasing knots and tightness. My sessions have been excellent at aiding athletic recovery.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I visited the Crouch End branch for a sports massage. I had Medicash insurance which requires an invoice from a MGHT registered professional. The massage was great. The experience after was awful. The receptionist Barbara was so rude when I asked for her to send me an invoice. It was like it was a major inconvenience to her. I had to chase 3 times. Eventually she sent it and her email was abrupt and rude. I was then approached by Mary Joy who wanted to see how my experience was. I told her about the awful experience. She tried to sell me more packages rather than listed to my complaint. Medicash then rejected my claim saying that the masseuse wasn’t MGHT registered. I’ve since emailed head office for them to send proof of registration. No response. I’m still waiting and my insurance claim has not progressed. I won’t be returning. I consider the company to be very dodgy with under qualified staff. I wish I had never been! I will be reporting them to trading standards. AVOID!

The Bayswater Spa clinic is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. I had an excellent massage therapy and benefited so much. I have now bought a package of massages, so I will return

I’ve had several massages at Spa & Massage, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The therapists are highly skilled, professional, and genuinely take the time to understand what your body needs. I always leave feeling much more relaxed, with less muscle tension and feeling refreshed.

The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very well organised. The reception team is friendly, appointments are easy to arrange, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional.

If you’re looking for a high-quality massage in London, I would highly recommend Spa & Massage. They provide excellent service, great therapists, and a consistently wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

Really great massage, very firm and got all the right knots. Loved the tea beforehand.

I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage by Ana and it was just what I needed. The spa is very clean and calming. I would absolutely go again.
