​If you make a booking through Spacer, you are protected by our money back guarantee. For all our valued Spacer Renters, you will be reimbursed in full if:

  • The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and
  • The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
  • There is a significant error in address or description of space, or
  • Your vehicle cannot fit in the space

Please note:

  • Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee
  • Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee
  • Your issue will be confirmed with the Host

I had a really good experience with Spacer.ith…

I had a really good experience with spacer. I hired a unit that I thought would suit my requirements. I paid up front and then went to look at it. It didn't quite suit . I told this to the owner and said I was sorry but I couldn't use it. I emailed spacer and told them. Because there is a 24 hr cooling off period they refunded my money back. That to me makes Spacer a very trustworthy company and I would definitely recommend them for storing your goods. Thank you Spacer.

Not a good effort at all

That a host can refuse without giving reasonable grounds.
You confirmed the second request without contacting the host and it was a bit embarrasing when I spoke to them

So far so good

I'm so far only a couple days into a booking. The owner showed me around that same day as I requested, so the car space is good and legit, and . the owner also seemed good so I trust this process so far. When I booked it was only for the first month + bond, but it showed a high figure in the thousands after I paid. I immediately rang to ask about that, it seemed all personnel were busy so I left a message. Later that day Clarisse emailed me back with a clear answer that it was only a projected price for 12 months, not what I would be charged. So I am also happy that customer service are eagerly on the case. I parked in it for the first time today and so far so good
