I was searching for a storage solution for my weekend car during a move and stumbled upon Spacer. From the start, I was amazed by their responsive customer service—something that’s sadly rare these days. It was refreshing to deal with a platform where someone actually replies promptly and helpfully.
My host echoed the same sentiment: Spacer works exceptionally well for both hosts and renters. When I needed to terminate my space early (since my new place has a double garage), there were no issues at all. Both the host and Spacer handled it seamlessly, and Spacer quickly refunded the balance of my prepaid rent (since payments are made a month in advance).
Special shoutout to Clarisse, the customer service representative who assisted me with the termination process. Her professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. It’s no surprise that her name pops up in other reviews as well—clearly, she’s a star on the team! Management should seriously consider recognising her contributions.
If only more platforms—especially the big ones—could match Spacer’s level of responsiveness and accommodation. Highly recommend Spacer for anyone needing storage solutions!

I’ve been renting a bay since 2023, and the sign-up process was quick and straightforward. Accessing invoices was easy, and the customer service was excellent. I recently had to cancel the bay as it’s no longer needed, and Clarisse from the Spacer Team was incredibly helpful making sure the end date was correct and communicating final payment cost.

I signed up for spacer and parked in my assigned spot. I even sent a picture of my car to the owner to make sure I was in the right spot and he confirmed. I came back a few days later to get my car and it was gone. Turns out they gave me an illegal spot and my car was towed. I had to pay a $50 parking ticket and $250 towing fee on top of my $100 spacer fee. Spacer was completely unhelpful even though I sent them all the proof and the spot owner was unresponsive. He went complete ghost and they sided with him even though they couldn’t get a response from him. They ended up offering me my money back leaving me $350 in the hole. I would park your car on the street before trusting them.

As well as that, the customer service is responsive and very helpful.
Great service from Sarah and CJ! Recently experienced difficult situation as renter made excuse with the card(said not working, on return proved it's working), want to cancel service without serving notice period as the agreement. The renter was not cooperative, and break the T&C. Lucky has this issue settled by Sarah and CJ professionally, proved choose spacer to rent is wise choice, hope we have a good journey moving forward...
