I ordered from Spa-Migo after reading many positive reviews. Their website was easy to navigate and offered the options I was most interested in. I took measurements of my hot tub rather than try to expect Spa-Migo to match a tub design from nearly 10 years ago. I think this is the safest way. I reconfirmed with customer service things like the side with the fold because I use a lift so the fold is critical. I was not quite sure about the radius on the corners. Customer service worked with me, reviewed some photos and advised me on what to order. The cover was made relatively quickly but unfortunately the shipping company messed up and lost the first cover. But Spa-Migo worked quickly to get another one made. The cover is very nice. Nicer than the original. The cover was made exactly as the order and it fits very well.

All and all very happy with the product and service . It arrived pretty well in the time frame and the quality was as promised .

Hi there , I needed a new cover for my roto spa hot and could not find a dealer that would ship to my house. I used Spa- Mingo very great service, they texted me what I ordered to confirm a few times. Great interaction. Gave me options and Color options. It shipped right to my door and is a prefect fit. Before committing to the purchase, i decided to give Spa-migo a call to ask all the questions that i was still unsure about. The representative, Jeremy, was very helpful and knowledgeable. After doing the online order, he checked on me to make sure i chose the right options because some of my choices were less usual. After getting the spa cover, i noticed some of my choices weren't applied to the model i recieved. Jeremy quickly got the workshop running to make sure i get exactly what i asked for as quickly as possible. Great customer service and great product. I was pretty amazed about the quality of the spa cover. I was used to the heavy and brittle stock cover that came with my spa and this one is probably half its weight and feel higher quality as well. I can't recommend my experience enough

My original ROTO Spa cover started breaking down after 4 years and we searched for a replacement. We decided on Spa-Migo and the finished product we received was definitely BETTER than the original!! We paid extra for some of the UPGRADES and it was well worth it! After sales service is very responsive if you had any questions as I found out.

Exactly as described, support helped design custom as it was very old hot tub. Fits perfect. Super happy would recommend and buy again.

We love our new hot tub cover. SpaMigo spent a lot of time ensuring our measurements were right...and I'm glad they did! If they had accepted our initial measurements, it would not fit right. We loved their portal so we could track progress from start to delivery. Highly recommend.

The web site was super easy to navigate and easy to order exactly what we needed. Questions were answered quickly. We were updated regularly during the processing of our custom cover. The cover and arm arrived on time when expected. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the cover and installation of the arm was easy. We would order from here again if our cover ever needs replacing.

The cover arrived earlier than I expected and fit perfectly and appears to be excellent quality. The delivery company gave us plenty of notice of the delivery and the driver was very helpful in getting the very large and heavy box placed in such a way I could move it to the swim spa.

Customer service was wonderful. Any questions I had along the way were answered. Only thing I would change is I wish the lid had adjustable straps. Other than that it’s so light I was able to carry it myself. Love it especially with the fabric instead of vinyl. Much nicer. Thanks spamigo!

Extremely Happy with the end product! Dimensions are perfect, must have been my measurements. Would have been nice if the courier they used would have let us track when shipments were to arrive. Came home and it was on the front lawn. Cover itself is AMAZING! Highly recommend
