I received my hot tub cover quickly. The customer service was outstanding. When I wasn't sure exactly how to measure for the perfect fit, the owner personally called me to help. I have recommended this company to everyone at my job and I will definitely be a lifelong client.

Jeremy and the Spa-Migo team nailed it for me! I had to replace an old hot tub cover and they were so patient with all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. They even took extra time after I submitted my order to check in with me about the placements of my latches so I wouldn’t have to redrill into my hot tub. Just got the cover (was kept informed on delivery and it came on time) and it is PERFECT. A+ customer service.

I ordered, paid for and received a confirmation via text and email for a 5", 3" cover. The next day they texted me saying I only paid for the 4", 2" cover and I needed to pay another $79 to upgrade. They argued with me, and in their defense they have a glitch on their website. I wasn't making them honour their confirmation, however they refused to cancel, even though nothing was processed. There were/are cheaper options and I would have never purchased otherwise. These covers are not made by this company, there are better options by actual Canadian manufactures. It's basically a website marketing firm selling covers, not making them.

The ordering process was simple and easy. Communication during the the manufacturing and delivery was on point. The cover arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as ordered and expected. The quality is excellent and the price was great as well. I will definitely recommend spa migo to friends.

I ordered a spa cover from this company with many upgrades. When I received it was obvious the hold down straps, made from a single ply of vinyl is not going to last in the sun and wind uplift. Very disappointed that after all the extra money put into this that the straps are made so cheap

Really great experience all around. So many great options and add one for a real custom fit and finish. Great communication from their team to verify sizing and how to accurately take measurements. Fast shipping and when the product arrived it was exactly as ordered. Perfect fit, great quality and great value.

soft tub cover was correct colour, fitted perfectly, delivered ahead of schedule.

Rain does not drain off on my cover and has formed a big pool. The upgraded Protex cover skirts does not hang down properly, but bunches upward with folds.

Very happy with my Spa-Migo cover. The purchase process, options and follow up support was top notch. The cover also arrived fast with the express option. I love the AquaTEX material, the cover is unbelievably light weight with this option. Highly recommend dealing with spa-migo, all the tags say made in Canada.

Jeremy was very helpful with the actual cover. It would be 5 stars if it were for only that. However, I asked about pillows for my older spa and haven't received an answer. Even an answer saying that they cannot figure this out for us.

Seems like a reputable Canadian company with affordable pricing and friendly sales staff. Easy to connect with. Unfortunately despite giving the year, make and model of my tub, the cover is slightly too big all the way around. I guess that's the risk of purchasing more affordable generic versus custom brand fit.

I went with Spa-Migo because of what I saw on Trustpilot and I'm very happy with my hot tub cover. It came very quickly with all the right straps in the right places and at the right size - they even provided new female clip bases and all of the hardware to install them with. The customer service rep I worked with (Jeremy) was extremely responsive. I needed a custom skirt length that wasn't an option on the website and he put it in the order at no extra charge. I hope I never need a new cover again, but this is who I will go with if I ever do!
