Easy, timely, competitive pricing, best warranty
The ordering process was logical and easy... And what I ordered is what I received. SpaMigo was very quick to affirm my order details and to build and deliver the cover. Cheaper covers are out there... but they have failed previously... and nobody offered the warranty that SpaMigo offered.

Much attention to quality for the cover build, less attention to the rest of the order
A very nice job in building of the spa cover. This would have been a 5.0 rating, but Spa-Migo forgot to order a spa cover-lifter accessory that was part of the order. When I inquired about the missing component for the order, the component was ordered but the mistake was not acknowleged, nor was there an offer to speed delivery. So, I waited another 2 weeks for the complete order. There was a lot of attention given to spa cover quality and accuracy. Had an equal amount of attention been given to making sure the whole order had shipped, this would have been a 5.0 rating.

Customer service was amazing! Great communication. They were very hands on with the process and confirming everything was correct. Big thanks to Jeremy who even texted asking for me to send pics and to ensure everything was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend! It’s been on our tub for 3 days and everything seems great!!

The hot tub cover is perfect
The hot tub cover is perfect. It traps the heat, fits perfectly, and is easy to lift. Very happy with it!
Also they were great about communicating when there was a question about the corner to get it just right. Great service
