Absolutely love this hot tub cover! The SPAMIGO is well-made, fits perfectly, and does an excellent job keeping the heat in and debris out. It's surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy it is, which makes it super easy to take on and off. We've noticed a drop in our energy usage too since it holds the heat so well. Looks great, performs even better—couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

These guys are legit! I placed my order online and they reached out almost immediately to confirm all the measurements, double and triple checked, before sending my order off to be manufactured. Very responsive to text messages/questions and it was real people that were replying (which is so refreshing in a world of auto-generated robo-replies). The cover arrived quickly and is a perfect fit!

The real gold with these guys was their stand-up warranty. I reached out to them about a VERY small concern I had with one of the cores and they’re fully replacing it. Again, super easy to work with. Otherwise, the covers are great and you can tell a lot of care is put into the craftsmanship.

We are in Saskatoon, Sk and we had no luck finding a company here that would help us measure for our cover. We had tricky corners, several edges come up and weren't sure where to measure.

They just gave us a sheet and told us to figure it out. We were paying a lot for this item and wanted it correctly done.

But Spa-Migo spent time on the phone with us, helping us and guiding us. They were very patient with us. We appreciated the amazing customer service!

Before deciding on Spa Migo, I read a lot of reviews on all hot tub cover companies. There are a lot of companies out there and it is hard to know who to trust. Based on Spa Migo's reviews, I decided to trust that the reviews accurately reflected the quality and customer service of the company. I am happy to say that the reviews are accurate. Jeremy was very helpful in answering my questions and walked me through the online ordering. Tracking information was provided as needed, though the freight company does not call in advance, but you are free to call them directly. The hot tub cover came as ordered and in a timely manner. We are very happy with the quality! I would recommend this company and will look to them again in the future. Obviously it is my hope that this cover will also last between 5 to 7 years. Time will tell.

We purchased a cover from Sapmigo and although nervous about purchasing a cover online, we will be buying our next one there without a doubt. The price was very good, the cover fits perfectly and the service was great. After ordering online, someone contacted me to ensure the measurements were correct. We had to delay the order as we were away on vacation and they accomodated us perfectly. I would rate this experience as a 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

It is exactly what we ordered. The order took about 6 weeks as it was custom-made. Customer service was exceptional as they contacted us to double-check our dimensions as our existing cover was actually too small!

I was very satisfied when I received the cover but then I noticed that the manufacturer had not placed the handles as specified in the diagram I provided. Jeremy was extremely helpful and a new skin was quickly sent to me.

Their product is excellent, from quality to finish my hot tub cover is perfect.
It is better than the oem that came with it.
Communication was also very helpful.
The only issue that I had was with delivery, because they do not have a choice of couriers to choose from they are stuck using Day n Ross couriers which do not communicate with thier customers at all.
From not notifying drop-off or even taking a picture of where and when your product was delivered.
Because of this, it reflects a bit towards Spa-Migo... product wise the best I've seen.
And they're made in canada 🇨🇦
