Parts not received
For the first 4 weeks i received an emails saying they were working hard to prepare my order For the next 4 weeks nothing at all. Now trying to get my money back

Contacted this company for a spare part for my Ryobi jigsaw. Contacted Ryobi first and they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Contacted Spare tool parts who were Amazing. They sorted out what spare part I need straight away. Would definitely recommend this company. They are so helpful.

I've given these 4 stars purely because it isn't made explicit on the website or by emails that your part is unlikely to be in stock and will be ordered from the manufacturer, wherever that may be, this means it will take some time to arrive, All these guys need to do is let you know that this is the case on the website or email preferably before payment (then it's your choice) This is my only gripe because they communicated well, responded to all my messages and the part has come and is correct. I'm actually very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (now I am aware of how long it might take, I can be prepared for the wait) All in all very happy !!
