All was excellent, smooth booking and very good cleaning team (Vienna, Austria)

We booked a cleaning for our office and we were very happy with the result. Very efficient and professional.

Speaking in English was not very convenient despite the advertisement and the request for English speaking cleaners. One of the two cleaners did not speak English at all, the other was okay.

The cleaning value for money was fine - not bad but not great either.

Really great customer service, with good communication between myself and the team leader. The cleaning itself was average. I had already done a lot of cleaning in advance and expected all of the dust, etc. to be gone from counter tops. Some spots were missed. The team leader offered to come and clean again and get the missed spots - which was great - but unfortunately I did not have time to arrange this, given the fact that I was checking out of the apartment the next day.

Wonderful and efficient. Thorough and according to expectation. Happy with the communication in advance as well.

Cleaning lady was just right on time. She was super pleasant and did an AMAZING JOB! I am super satisfied and will recommend to everyone!

I had a cleaning rescheduled after the first appointment the cleaning service simply did not arrive. I unfortunately was highly disappointed by the results of the cleaning.

It started off with the service coming completely unprepared; I booked for the service to come with cleaning solvents and a mop as I do not have them at home. The service did not come with ANY of the equipment and solvents I booked and justified it by saying his boss was not in the city and he was not allowed to take the materials I booked for and he had to use the little cleaning supplies I had.

During the cleaning the supplies and materials used were then left everywhere, despite me showing at the beginning that everything belonged to a specific place. There were so many missed spots and so many requests I had (mopping the floor, and wiping down all surfaces and the windows - which were specified in the booking) were completely ignored or missed.

I then had to clean some spaces myself because it was ignored by the service (kitchen sink) and once I completed it, it then became dirty again after the service had to clean a wipe he was using and there ended up being hair on the clog.

The service claimed to complete everything at an earlier time than I booked for and had to point out so many spots that are included in the package of spic and span that were simply not completed - which he did then nicely but it’s quite disappointing that I had to manage and explain what should be cleaned despite it should have been part of the package.

At the end the apartment barely looked any cleaner than it did before - so many missed areas, forcing me to book a different appointment.

The day after the cleaning I emailed the customer service of my dissatisfaction with the cleaning and also a review through the company - where it states that reviews with 1 and 2 stars will be reviewed and answered within 12 hours to resolve this issue.

I also called the company Tuesday morning at 09.18 (after my cleaning) and was told by the employee of customer service (name Mari. A) that she would review my case and call me back within the minutes. I have not received a single response on my email or have received a call back from Mari or any other employee - to state that I did not do my part on trying to reach out to the company is simply false as no further communication was done by the customer service (no responses to my email or calls) of spic and span after I have communicated in different ways and was not responded to.

It was very smooth and easy to book the service as well as very great website to navigate. The service itself can be improved, the cleaning was not 100% done well and it was done in 1,5 hours, instead of the 2 hours I paid for. So the time could have been used to finish last details and dusty corners or take trash out.

Nevertheless, great to see service like this that keeps improving:)

Unfortunately the experience was not what I was expecting. It is advertised as an English speaking service but the staff barely spoke any English and the communication was difficult. I asked to bring the vacuum but they didn't, so they had to use mine, which is hardly working. They were about to wash the wooden floors of my living room with the dirty mop water from the bathroom, then I stopped and instructed them. It would be fine but not for a professional service. I recognize that the staff did their best, but some areas, especially in the bath tub, were not scrubbed properly. I paid for 2 hours, but they finished and left in 1h 30 minutes (there was nothing else to do), and the manager suggested me to book for 4 hours beforehand. Thankfully I didn't. I'm sorry but I will not book this service again.

The lady was very good at her job. Windows are nicely cleaned, managed to finish everything within given time. Satisfied!

The cleaning was very professional and Maria made sure that everything was spotless clean. I took one star off because our trash can was broken.

We never had our apartment officially cleaned before, but we definitely will again based off this experience! The ladies did a great job in the time we requested and we are very happy with the result. Highly recommend!

The cleaner was on time and although her english was basic she cleaned professionally and with dedication. One of the best cleaning services i have ever used. I will repeat!

It was an amazing experience .we do not have to be worried. We can also leave their employees at our home .they are fully trustworthy. I want to recommend only this firm to everybody . Take service without any tension. Their service is awesome

I rarely write reviews but for this company I have to. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional, dedicated and responsible cleaners.

They will be diligently, on time will consistently provide top notch cleaning service to any home or corporation.

I will probably schedule a weekly service going forward.
