I am not satisfied with the explanation that spicandspan provided during the recent move in cleaning problems that we had. I did not push for more explanation because I am in the middle of a move and very busy. The explanation was not satisfactory and typical of service providers like this, pushed the blame on the cleaning staff. If the cleaning staff has been doing what she has been doing for a week, why did the company continue sending her to us? this is my home and it is a question of trust and security.
