Not a great experience
The cleaning itself was great. Very happy with how it looked at the end. However the website said it takes roughly 7-12 hrs to deep clean a house the size of mine, so I booked two cleaners for a DEEP CLEAN, instead of one and booked a 5 and a half hour slot.
How it took 4 hours for two cleaners to clean one kitchen is beyond me. They worked together, and I asked them to avoid 15 out of 17 cabinets and the entire pantry. It was almost like taking that long was a deliberate attempt at getting paid for more hours.
Then they worked for 4 hours and 48 minutes while claiming to have them worked 5.5 hours. Thankfully, I had cameras in my house.
In the end, they ended up cleaning one room and the kitchen, while the foyer, living room, dining room and 3 other rooms remained untouched.
They did end up reducing the amount I was required to pay, and I appreciate that. But in the end, I’m still left cleaning the majority of my house myself.

Outstanding results - I had no idea our apartment could get that clean. Also, great attention to detail, and no cutting corners. To top it off, they were very friendly, with great communication throughout the process. Oh, easy to book and to pay, too. Overall, a great experience.
