This business comes up first in Google when searching 'cleaning services Sintra', and even says 'in Sintra', but after you book they email you and charge 1 hour extra per cleaner because the address is in Sintra. Do not waste your time if you live in Sintra!

Currently, we do not have teams available in Sintra.

At the moment teams are avaliable in Lisbon and Porto again this can change even tomorrow.

Good but pricey
The deep cleaning team had a daunting task, to dust 4000 books and their shelves, then clean the T2. They were very friendly and explained everything well. We would give 5 stars, but noticed afterward that some things were missed: TV and stone edge of fireplace weren't dusted, bathroom shower still had some mold in grout, a chunk of glass broken a month ago was found under bathroom cabinet, one toilet still has rust stain in bottom, air vents in bathrooms were still dusty. 8 hours wasn't enough to complete the job, which is understandable. Cost amounted to 40 euros per hour (2 people @ 8hrs each + 1 @ 7.5hrs = 23.5 hours total). Travel fee was charged, although 2 workers live less than 10 kilometers away, but we did agree to travel fee in advance. Previous deep cleaning (8 hrs x 2 people) was almost 1/2 the cost. Will need to decide whether to continue using in future.

Rosa Team is Incredible! Don't Wait Another Minute and Book Them Now!
We just moved to Portugal from the US, signing a lease sight unseen (I know, my bad). When we got there, it was clear that even the most basic tenant turnover cleaning had not been done and we walked into a filthy house full of trash and negligence if not outright abuse.
A friend recommended Spic and Span. They saved us! They are no joke. The Rosa team was incredibly responsive, so kind about the whole mess they were walking into, and so incredibly thorough. They gave us a brand new house. I cannot believe how clean they made it. Not only did they make the house beautiful, they were so honest about every single thing happening with the cleaning and worked as hard and fast as they could to get the house in amazing shape. I cannot believe how much they did and how they treated us like close family. The Rosa team is amazing and I wish there were more people in the world like them! Thank you thank you!!!

Washing
I know it was very dusty and dirty in the flat, so it was a nice work. Still some dust especially on the floors, but I was satisfied. Thank you for the work.

The cleaning is fine
The cleaning is fine, but no option to pay in advance full amount ( first deposit than rest) is uncomfortable. And I ve asked for invoice and waiting for it since 21 March to 5 April and still didn't get it. As we are company we need to do our invoice it's very uncomfortable to wait almost a week

A deposit payment is only necessary for the initial cleaning. It is not possible to pay the full amount upfront, as this policy is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, which all customers are required to review before making a booking. Based on our email correspondence, it appears that the request for an invoice was made on April 2nd, during the weekend, rather than on March 21st. To avoid similar issues in the future, we suggest that our office customers opt for monthly invoicing so that they receive one invoice at the end of the month for all of their cleanings. It is important to note that we are solely a marketplace and do not issue invoices. The provider company is responsible for sending the invoice. We appreciate your feedback, and we will use it to make improvements.
Exceeded expectations
The cleaners were friendly and confident. Thiago spoke great english. We felt at ease to let them do the job and not have to meet them at the end. Thiago sent photos at the end to show us and our expectations were exceeded. Thank you so much!

Lots of compromises
I booked a deep clean with two cleaners for an apartment I was about to move into. The prices were not as calculated on the website. Because I don’t live downtown Lisbon, they charged an hour per cleaner extra. Which is completely fine but would’ve been nice to include that in the calculator feature instead of just letting me know via email after booking. After asking them about it they just referred me to their terms of conditions. I’m a big fan of expectation management so including that into the calculator feature would be a big plus.
After I booked, one of the cleaners contacted me to ask if we could reschedule. I could make it possible but there was a reason I booked a different time. So I felt I had to make a lot of compromises to make the cleaning happen. The price was not as expected, the time was not as expected, ..
I booked 3.5 hours with two cleaners but they were done after 3. I asked them if they had cleaned everything we discussed. They confirmed but they hadn’t. It looked okay overall but they hadn’t paid attention to the details.
They cleaned a couple of windows and all of them still had the detergent marks on them.
So I love the idea of booking online, having English speaking cleaners. But overall I found the experience quite disappointing.
