Restricted account and not paying out.

I accepted some of the offers they had in the store on May 1st. I played through the entire amount, and the amount I had leftover became redeemable. My redemption still hasn't been processed My account is also restricted. I havent had an issue until now. I deposited and redeemed in the same manner i always have. Usually spindoo paid out in a timely manner, now it seems that they are trying not to pay out. When contacting customer support they just respond with a copy and paste response. If they end up processing my redemption, I will update my feedback.

STEER CLEAR. Took away ability to redeem on May 1st for no reason

Used to love Spindoo but they just restricted redemptions on May 1st. I have never used an online sweeps site that has done this and not offered an explanation. steer clear

Stolen Money

They are currently holding my money hostage, and have blocked any further attempts to redeem the money played on the site by putting my account under review, and by stating that they are "reviewing the process with their payment provider" for the redeem.
All I did was buy their deal and play it on slots, and now they won't redeem it. Very suspicious and leaves an ill taste in my mouth.

EDIT: They've now completely canceled my redeem and by doing so removed over 1300 dollars from my account with 0 notice or email over it. Completely unprofessional and this site needs to be shut down honestly. Anybody writing a 5 star review at this point is a paid actor with 0 doubt in my mind.
EDIT2: Ah of course they sent this out as an email after the debacle yesterday.

"Following an internal review, the affected pending prize redemption amounts, related FREE Sweepstakes Coins and gameplay activity connected to those offers were reversed in accordance with our Sweepstakes Rules and platform policies."

Basically - We gave out too good of a deal, players won too much, therefore we are reversing this entire thing. Also going by how another review said they paid out players that LOST money on this, then Spindoo basically cheated the players in every possible way, as they won money off the losers and reversed on all the winners.

To Whom It May Concern at Spindoo,

I am writing to formally demand the immediate unrestriction of my account and the processing of my pending Sweeps Coins (SC) redemption. Your platform is currently in direct violation of its own Terms and Conditions, and I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.

Here are the facts:

1. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UNLAWFULLY RESTRICTED
My account currently holds SC 738.66 in redeemable Sweeps Coins. When I attempted to redeem these winnings, I was met with the error message: "Oops your account is currently restricted." No prior notice, explanation, or justification was provided for this restriction. I have done nothing to violate your terms, and this restriction is preventing me from accessing funds I have legitimately earned.

2. YOU ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Per Section 6.8 of your Terms, you are required to process prize redemption requests once every forty-eight (48) hours as soon as practicable. Restricting my account without cause directly prevents this from occurring, placing you in clear breach of this provision.

Additionally, per Section 6.9, redemptions are to be processed within ten (10) days into the nominated payment mechanism. The clock is ticking, and your account restriction is preventing this timeline from even beginning.

3. MY REDEMPTION AMOUNT IS WELL WITHIN ALLOWABLE LIMITS
As a resident of Florida, I am aware that Section 6.11 of your Terms caps redemptions at USD $5,000 per spin or play round. My current SC balance of 738.66 falls well within all applicable limits, meaning there is no legitimate basis under your own Terms to withhold or delay my redemption.

I am formally demanding the following actions be taken within 48 hours of receiving this email:

• Immediate removal of the restriction on my account
• Immediate initiation of processing for my SC 738.66 redemption
• Written confirmation of both actions

If I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and leaving detailed public reviews documenting Spindoo's failure to honor its own Terms and Conditions.

I expect this to be treated with the urgency it deserves.

They made a boo-boo and are doing damage control

Spindoo gave a big sale last Friday and I can imagine a LOT of people cashed out on them. For reference, it was if you deposited $900 you received around $1,400 - $1,500. That's a TON of bonus money. They're restricting accounts for no apparent reason and many are reporting no funds being paid.

Listen, if you're going to have a big sale - you better be prepared for everyone to come out of the woodwork and cash in on it.

This is why social casinos will eventually die out. No problem taking your money but refuse to pay when you win. They're not the only ones, either. MoonSpin is guilty of it too. No wonder there are so many class action lawsuits taking place and a bunch of states outright banning sweeps casinos. I'd take precaution if you're thinking about playing on here.

Account is flagged as restricted for no reason and there is no live support that can help me with my issue, whenever I send a support ticket it says not received. I have over $5000 locked in the account and no way to get ahold of support

Signed up for them sometime last year but..

Signed up for them sometime last year. Never had an issue. But then two days ago in put in a redemption. I logged back in just now to check on my redemption, but when I clicked the Redeem button it popped up a message saying my account is restricted!

I have no idea what's going on. No clue if I'll get my money that they owe me. To restrict my account like that without any explanation is absolute BS!

2nd EDIT: Spindoo, you can take a deeper look into my account WITHOUT me contacting you through email. Like many others, I purchased the discounted packages you offered few days ago. I played many games, got lucky and came out ahead and put in a redeem only for you guys to restrict my account. There's nothing to talk about. You just need to lift the restrictions and give me my redemption!

EDIT: its May 8th and I'm still waiting on my money. I was never given an explanation as to why they restricted my account nor do I have a clue if I'll ever see a penny of my money. Steer clear from these crooks!
