Spent over $900 on Spindoo and submitted a redemption on May 1st, 2026. The very next day, my account was suddenly restricted with no proper explanation. Since then, every communication I’ve received from support has been nothing but copy-and-paste generic responses with no real updates or transparency.
It’s extremely frustrating to have an account restricted right after attempting to redeem winnings. Customer support has been unhelpful, slow, and unwilling to provide actual answers. As a paying customer, I expected far better treatment and communication.
Until this issue is resolved and my redemption is processed, I cannot recommend Spindoo to anyone. All replies under trustpilot has been copy and pasted, they do not reach out to you, you have to reach out to customer support and they just give you a generic answer. If this does get fixed by 5/15/26 I will be submitting a chargeback with my banks. Highly not recommend
Edit: As of 5/14/26, Spindoo cancelled the promotional packages I bought and refunded my amount to my card. They claim they had a “technical error”, however, if I were to bought the promotional package and lost it all, would they have refunded me? Truly would not recommend this casino, they f up on their end and put the promotions up live for thousands to buy but would not honor the redemption.

This social casino is making me wait a very long time for my payout after I paid $900* on sales they had the other day. I emailed them multiple times and I always get a generic response that they're getting things sorted out. They don't mind taking my money in seconds but when it comes to paying me, they're making me wait. Unacceptable.

I was participating in the flip to win tournament this afternoon. The majority of my spins registered correctly but the first very large portion of my gameplay which was definitely in a Three Oaks game under that category did not register at all. Like many others, Spindoo has restricted my account and has not paid out my redemption submitted on 5/2. Support respones are generic and canned. If this isn't resolved within the next few days, I will be taking further action.

My account was restricted while attempting to redeem, and so far I have not received any meaningful explanation or timeline for resolution. Support responses have mostly been generic boilerplate messages like “we understand your concern” and “we are doing our best,” without actually addressing the issue.
What concerns me even more is that after looking online, I found many other users reporting very similar experiences. I’m still hoping this gets resolved, but the lack of communication and transparency has been frustrating.
If support provides a real update or resolves the redemption issue, I will update this review accordingly.

I have played here for over 6 months. I rarely have won anything past my purchase. They now have restricted my account for no reason at all. I even played $75 past my playthrough where I could have redeemed and had more when or if I ever get paid. I don’t buy every promo package so they can’t go there. Also this site should not be allowed to copy B2 sites exact lay out of their site, and act like this and restrict everyone. Like I said, never had an issue until they wanted to make an issue.
