SCAM! SCAM! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I received this product about 3 weeks ago. Read and followed instructions, using the BONUS $10 spray bottle. Splash foam did NOT foam or do any more cleaning on stains or light grime than using soap n water. I thought maybe my spots were considered tough, so I sprayed again, wiped, sprayed, let sit for 15 minutes, wiped again ta da still there. Wish I had done more research on this product, I would have purchased a $3 can of cleanser instead of $56 on a few tablets that take forever to dissolve and do nothing but turn water blue..I m in process contacting customer service for a FULL refund as advertised. How can so many scams get ad spots and personal opinions get censored out???

Worst toilet cleaner ever and a total scam. It did nothing it advertised. It does NOT foam, it is NOT scrub free, and it certainly is NOT going to remove any limescale or any other stains. Expensive, to return you have to ship it your expense, a restocking free, and unopened. They are a scam.

Deceptive advertising for cleaning product. Received two four ounce bottles, again deceptive. Did not work as advertised, waste of time and money. Where are consumer protections?

100% intentional scam. Not only does it not work any better than a wet rag... I fell for the additional scam of adding a second pack "at a discount"... only one problem: i only received one pack of 5 tablets. Not that it matters - because the stuff is entirely BS.

Ordered in begining of Feb. They took my money and I can't rate product because I've never received. So if your thinking about ordering. Rethink.

If there was a 0 star review, I would use it for this junk product. Don't know how I got suckered into buying this product. What a waste of $30! I would get better results if I went to the dollar store. Some of the dollar store products are superior to this junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! It doesn't foam as advertised ,and doesn't clean as advertised. I don't know how some people that put these products out there sleep at night. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned.

Followed their instructions to the letter very little foam, they offer a "money back guarantee" but only within 30 days and not used, $8.95 restocking fee, you pay original shipping and return shipping and get a RMA number first. Then you have to call them with a tracking number to get a refund. Website claims it is a USA product but actually made in China. The product is basically baking soda with dye and scent added.

I can’t believe at my age I fell for this. It does work at all. It works as well as plain water. How these scams are all to continue lying and putting false reviews is upsetting. Do not waste your money it’s a scam. They do not back their guarantee

Read everyone’s comments here and totally agree. I called and they said I could only get %50 refund because I ordered it in Jan even though it didn’t arrive until today, February 24th! So sorry I fell for this!

The cleaning power of this product is no better than water with a few drops of dish detergent in it. It will not do ANYTHING shown in the Youtube ads that it constantly runs, showing oven grease simply sliding off or the the baked on deposits on the bottom of pots just wiping off with a single pass. Put a few drops of white vinegar in a bottle of water and it will work better that this product. The ads are outright lies.

This product does not work. When I tried to talk to them about this, they continually put me off. First told me to add more product, which I did. Then it was ad hot water to make it work. Then told me I needed to add vinegar to the product to make it work. Then told me my water was too hard to work. Then I was told well, this must have been a nonformer that slipped past our quality control station. All I asked them to do was to replace the product and let me try it again. They took their time with each reply. And then the last reply was oops. I'm sorry.It's over the thirty day warranty, so we cannot help you. This is not a company that you want to work with. Because they don't work with you. Just take your money.
And jerk you around.

This product does not work as advertised. It does not foam up as advertised. It does smell good, but that's the only good thing I can say.
About a month after I placed the order, I got a text from the Fraud Dept at my financial Institution asking if I had placed an order for $39.95 early Sunday morning. I had no idea who or what that was and my card was canceled and it was flagged as fraud and stolen. Since the 4th of this month, they had attempted the same charge 6 times.
Tonight when they tried again, I finally looked up Horizon Direct and there is complaint after complaint lodged with the Better Business Bureau and lo and behold, it is directly connected to Splash Foam. Splash Foam repeatedly answered each complaint saying it was a subscription service that was AGREED to at the time of purchase. Just like everyone who complained there, at NO TIME did I sign up for any kind of subscription service.
Run, don't walk away from this company, they sell a crap product and then try to backdoor you for even more money by fraudulently claiming you signed up for whatever. I still don't even know what kind of subscription service it was but I did NOT sign up for it.
Teach me to order crap off a FB ad.

Product does not work as advertised. I got my shipment and it was just Blue Water. Don't buy!!!

I just got my original Splash Spay product. Bottle with packet of multi-purpose cleaning tablets. I am so disappointed in this product. I got ripped off. They are not BBB credited. This product doesn't work at all. I used their bottle, warm water, their tablets. It did nothing on cleaning my oven. Didn't work on tub. Doesn't clean anything as advertised. I then googled and saw all negative reviews. I should have checked reviews first. I will pitch product and never use again.

Please let me add my discontent re: Splash Foam toilet cleanser.
Same problems as others have indicated--it doesn't work--doesn't foam, doesn't clean, etc, etc. What bothers me the most is their advertising practices--different directions on product (requires more product that states in ad), no brushing necessary (Joke--not even clean after scrubbing), need I go any further. They promise a full refund if not satisfied with "no questions asked"--I voluntarily gave them 5 reasons for my disappointment and they offered me only 50% of the unopened product with restocking fees and shipping deducted.

This product is a scam…..used as directed…..where’s the foam?? Oh that’s right, there is none, just like it doesn't clean your toilet any better than Lysol.
Truly a ripe off!

These products are awful. I bought both the toilet cleaner and the spray cleaner. Neither work at all and the company doesn’t refund your money if you use the product.

After a VERY long wait finally received my order. This product does absolutely nothing. Warm water with a drop of blue coloring is just as effective.

Company is a complete rip off. I ordered 1item. Before it arrived I received confirmations for 2 additional products. Responded I didn't want additional products and wanted these cancelled. Today I received an additional order which I am returning. Doubt I will get my money back but am going to try.

This stuff is trash!! An for how much it was is ridiculous!! An ever worse I didn't get my whole order! I know I need a refund! An I will not pay for a restock fee or will I pay to have it shipped back! I do know that! If I knowledge this business,I truly would be ashamed of myself fir selling this to folks knowing that it's garbage... my recommendation for this product do not buy it it is a waste of money and it's garbage!!
