The product does nothing. As an consumer I am disappointed. It removed nothing, such a waste of my time and money. Don't buy this product.

Absolute garbage! This stuff doesn’t foam or clean anything! They automatically doubled my order and charged me $55 for blue water! Then they tried to charge me as a subscription which I didn’t sign up for- luckily my bank recognized it as fraud which it is.

What went wrong with this Product?? It doesn'twork! Their advertising says there's no scrubbing needed..That's not true even scrubbing does nothing. A waste of $$$$$ If it doesn't work in the Toilet, it's not going to work on your stove and nevermind the bottom of your Pots & Pans!!!! So save your hard earned money and continue cleaning it the old fashion way.....SCRUBBING!!!! A Refund would be nice!!!! The BBB should know about this product. You can't even reply to the reviews on their site. They're probably all Fake or employees. SMH

This product did absolutely nothing. I followed the instructions verbatim, and such a disappointment.

Product delivered 02-01-25 and used on 02-02-25. Began advising Splash Foam customer service (oximoron term) that I wanted my full refund since the product did not work at al and their website said 100% refund. They will only give a 50% refund on the product and not on the shipping. This company is a scam. Do not buy this product and expect it to work.

Please don't waste your money. I've used it three times to see if it's something I'm doing wrong and then I came to read the reviews. It's bicarbonate of soda that smells nice and not worth the money. It doesn't clean. I still have to chip off all the crap and scrub off all the crap. It might look pretty just for a little while.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This product hypes itself as a high-end product, and prices itself accordingly. But in fact it's awful. It did not foam to clean high up the toilet bowl. And even after hard scrubbing, it didn't remove a simple toilet ring. I;m sure it would do absolutely nothing at all for scale or other hard buildup. I wish I had checked here before purchsing it.

I used this product exactly as it says, contacted the service department, they gave me further instructions on how to use and told me that I must live in a area with SOFT WATER, bunch of morons even told me to double the amount of product and add vinegar. Still nothing then they offered me 50% refund on ONE bag when I had bought 7. Then they tried to tell me how is was good for other things like the garbage disposal, trash can and other things I told them I bought it for the toilet and nothing else! The silence was deafening almost could hear crickets! Then another email asking why I gave the review I did! they are tone deaf when it comes to complaints and nothing on a full refund! DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT IT DOES NOTHING BUT TURN WATER BLUE!

Product did not foam up. I let them know and tried their suggestions but it still didn't work. Their advertising says that they offer a refund if you are not fully satisfied. I spent $44 on 2 bags and got a refund of $9. DO NOT BUY this product or deal with this company!

UPDATE - customer support reached out to me after I gave them negative feedback. I explained my disappointment in them not giving me a full refund and that their advertising said that they fully guaranteed their product. They have since refunded the balance of my money minus shipping costs.

The product did not work as advertised, in fact it didn't work at all. In trying to return a "defective" product, they offered me less than half of what I paid. They would not take the open package back, they added Restocking Fees and Freight. And, it took me at least three emails to get the return info.

Beware of this company. They are not a legitimate business!

What a scam! Doesn’t foam up as advertised. Contacted customer service & was told it was due to soft water, toilet water volume & was told to add vinegar and scrub. Really! Stick to your true & proven toilet bowl cleaner it will save you a lot of money.

This stuff is a waste of time and money. You see the commercials that show it foaming and that I a lie. Your glass cleaner or scratchy sponge is the best way. This is the biggest scam and rip off on the market.

Absolutely no different than Clorox toilet ball cleaner or any other toilet bowl cleaner. Doesn't foam up like advertised and really doesn't clean that well at all.
Smells okay, but for that kind of money, I can buy toilet bowl cleaner and then spray perfume.

The absolute worse. Does not do one thing except make foam. Not a cleaning product at all. Do not waste your money

DO NOT BUY THIS....JUNK!!!!!! If I could give this a zero I would. This didn't do anything, didn't foam or clean as advertised. After contacting the company and getting the run around they finally refunded me 50% a whopping $11. I ended up buying The Pink Stuff toilet cleaner and it worked so much better. I will be buying that that from now on at a quarter the cost.

If I could give it less than a 1star I would this is the worse stuff 20.00 for a bottle of blue water !!! But I actually paid more than that because their website added on extra so I was charged 33.00 . You can get a better cleaning with soap and water.. so I tried to return because there site said returns within 30 days well they wanted to charge me for the return shipping plus and extra 8.95 for restocking so I was better off just throwing it in the trash . I’m also going to contact the better business bureau .

The product does not work to clean any better than water. I tried to get a refund by email, and they did not respond with the necessary RMA number or shipping address. Instead they put a small credit to purchase more of their product on my account. I don't want more of the product! I then tried calling them and they don't pick up. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

No good! I was excited to receive this product to clean my oven, to remove the grease from my OVEN where ham spilled at Thanksgiving, unfortunately this product DID NOT WORK AT ALL! JUST LIKE SPRAYING WATER. You got me. DON'T BUY!

Total waste of money. Nothing like the commercial. Please don't buy

Does not work as advertised. No foaming action, just sits in toilet as a blue powder. Had to scub toilet. Won't use again. Waste of money.
