Ordered for my 90 year old parents who have covid. Order supposedly got stuck in their queue…credit card charged order never went out. It has now been a week and they say it was going out overnight two days ago with credit for shipping charges. Still NOTHING!! Never had a problem before they have gotten to big and are no longer the good reliable business they used to be.
