This is my go-to company for happy events, sad events, and every occasion in between! Everyone has always been thrilled with their box of yummies! I can't imagine what I would do if I didn't have Spoonful of Comfort!!

Terrible! I mistakenly ordered twice. I contacted customer support to let them know of my error and no one got back to me. Both items were delivered and now I am embarrassed.
I would like to follow up that although I was told both packages were delivered they were not! So my situation was handled and the vendor needs to work on communications! I am relieved because I use them often and my recipients are always so touched by the sentiment behind gifting

The gift was for a couple who had their first baby. They were so delighted and raved about the gift. It was easy to navigate the website and there were plenty of options. Just a really positive experience.

I've been a loyal customer for several years and every time you have exceeded my expectations.

THis was the response from the friends you delivered to….OMG 😍 Thank you so much - What a wonderful surprise!!! When the delivery truck pulled up he asked if I had ordered something - which I hadn’t!! That package was the perfect way to brighten up the day!!

Wonderful products, ship timely. Our clients love getting these packages of goodness.

Was sent a lovely, thoughtful selection of soup, rolls, cookies, plus a couple of add-on items that were sweet and charming. Then I made the mistake of digging around to find out how much the sender had paid. WHAT?!?! The rolls and cookies were big hits. The soup - Garden Vegetable and Wild Rice Chicken - were a joke. Had to add egg noodles to both to satisfy two people. We laughed amongst ourselves upon locating a whopping 5 grains of wild rice in the latter and had to doctor the broth in the former.

It's a fabulous concept and I KNOW how much was paid because I came here looking to buy for a friend. But sorry - my homemade is legions better and at least these two soups are absolutely no better than the Panera varities you can find at the grocery store.

Overall, swing and a miss for me.

I recently ordered three soup sympathy care packages for friends who had lost loved ones in January/February. They were very well received by all three recipients. Exceptional quality, timeliness and being just what was needed at a very difficult time were all cited in the thank you’s.

Three stars only because this is my second gift and just like the first one, the vegetable soup had SO much tarragon in it, that I couldn’t eat it. Other than that that, presentation is nice. Love the reversible boxes!
