This order #4475283 was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday. Today is Wednesday, it doesn't look as if it will be delivered until Thursday or Friday. I didn't order soup for Wednesday, or Thursday, or Friday. So I don't feel it is fair to ask me to pay for something I didn't order. If the can't meet the customer's need then they should state so and not accept the order!

Your CEO said "I promise to deliver a Spoonful of Comfort with as much care as if I were sending it to my own mother."Is this how he treats his mother, by hanging up on her.

I had used Spoonful of Comfort in the past several times and was impressed. Apparently success leads to failure. I can accept a lot of things, but not hanging up on me when I call customer service. The order was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday. Tonight Wednesday I just received an email that the ordered has been shipped meaning it will get there Thursday or Friday. That's not what I ordered. If a company can't fill an order they shouldn't accept it. A considerable point in ordering the soup is to have it delivered when someone needs it, when they're not feeling well for example, not 3 days later when they're already back to work.

I'll be looking for a company that can show a minimum level of respect.

I have used Spoonful of Comfort many times in the past and have always had a great experience for my manager, Kurt Umbarger. This experience was not good as the recipient did not get the delivery which I ordered for a bereavement and paid extra to have it delivered on a specific day when I know close family would be at the home. I received notification that the delivery was made, but checked with the recipient and it was not delivered and someone was home all day.
