I love your company but I have one big issue. One of our favorites was Broccoli Cheddar Soup and you stopped it. We get asked all the time why we changed.
Why did you stop offering it?

I had ordered a soup package and then found out our client was vegan, but the shipment had already been sent. SOC sent a second vegan package out to our client free of charge. We really appreciated that amazing customer service and how they went above and beyond. Thank you, Our company remains a faithful customer.

Easy to order, quick shipping time, cute packaging. Just needed to add a bit more salt to the chicken noodle soup for some more flavor. Highly recommend this company.

Initially, the response was great and the process was easy to do a bulk order. After I placed the order, it was crickets. I realized after a few days I never received a confirmation or notice if the items were delivered. When I reached out, I was sent a spreadsheet with tracking numbers. All but 2 orders showed cancelled. That was a week past when I thought they were being delivered so naturally I panicked. Turned out that they were delivered that day, except 1. Customer service resent the last package, and I believe it was delivered. All in all, it was good but better communication after the order was placed would have been appreciated.

Spoonful of Comfort was delightful to work with. In a time of high volume orders they still took the time to ensure that everything about my order was taken care of and even reshipped half of the orders due to a mistake on UPS's part. They are devoted to giving quality packages with quality customer service. A mix you don't see often today! I can't recommend their services and packages enough.

I couldn't figure out how to add a coupon code so when I called customer service, a very nice lady helped me and we ordered it and had it delivered in a few days. Amazing customer service!

Sent as a gift although I was a lucky recipient myself years ago. So I know first AND second hand all these years later that Spoonful of Comfort is an incredibly thoughtful, declivous and memorable gift no matter the occasion. Once again my good friend was delighted to receive hers after a complicated medical situation.

I enjoy the concept of gifting something other than flowers for a more comforting and personal feel. My only wish is that shipping was a little quicker and reliable considering these are perishable items. These gifts are always received with gratitude, and I appreciate the different spin on gifting to others especially during difficult times when the last thing they want to be worried about is feeding themselves or others.
