I love Marti's heartwarming story of how she got started, and it's reassuring to see that the company's core values have held true. We ordered Spoonful of Comfort for our client gifts this year. The feedback we received was absolutely fantastic. Clients loved it! Beautiful packaging - love the unboxing experience. Delicious soup, rolls, and cookies! Annie and the team were wonderful to work with, and the ordering process was a breeze.

Being able to send a thoughtful gift like soup to somebody who is feeling under the weather is so convenient! There are options to choose the purpose for sending it too, so it's not generic. I can select get well, sympathy, thinking of you, etc. The rewards don't hurt either!

Loved all of the options especially the vegan ones. The person LOVED her package especially since she had surgery and couldn't go out to get food.

If you enjoy being spammed every single day—sometimes multiple times—with relentless, unwanted text messages, then THIS is the company for you. I made the mistake of visiting their website after receiving a gift, and ever since, my phone has been blowing up nonstop like it’s their full-time job to harass customers.

I have reported the messages as junk, I have unsubscribed, I have done everything short of sending smoke signals, and yet the texts KEEP COMING. I have never had another company send this much spam in my entire life. Not Amazon, not Target, not any subscription I’ve ever signed up for. Just this one.

The irony? Their products are nice. But their marketing practices are so aggressive, intrusive, and exhausting that it completely overshadows anything good. A person should not fear giving out their phone number because a company might decide to contact them every single day like a desperate ex.

At this point, I feel like they owe me a dozen blankets for the number of times they’ve interrupted my workday or my recovery while I was in bed healing from surgery.

If the goal was to chase customers away, mission accomplished. I will never use this company again for gifts or personal purchases, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid them unless they want a phone full of spam.

Do better.

I've been using Spoonful of Comfort for several years at work in my position as an Executive Assistant. When I'm asked to send a get well or sympathy gift, Spoonful of Comfort is my first choice! But this is the first time I've used it personally for a friend as a thank you gift for hosting us for a week. I couldn't be happier with Spoonful of Comfort!

Our friends really enjoyed the package. They said it was the BEST!

I've ordered from them more than a dozen times and all of the recipients have been thrilled. The reason for four stars instead of five is that this was the third time that I paid for expedited shipping, but the package did not get delivered when promised.

Received this after my husband surgery. Amazing! The quality of the soups was spectacular. The rolls are fresh and the cookies taste homemade. I appreciated the soup ladle they add to the package since not everyone has one in their kitchen and it makes serving very easy. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I gifted to a friend and she loved it! The soup was delicious and the socks were perfect for her.

Its easy to order, the food is delicious and the packaging is beautiful!

The concept of sending a family member or friend hot soup during an illness or recovering from a hospital stay is a tremendous idea. But the filament of the orders leaves something to be desired. It took nearly a week from order to delivery. All orders should be shipped overnight without adding additional shipping cost. The basic charge is expensive enough for soup.

The packaging alone makes this a 5 star rating. Very beautifully put together. Would recommend as a personnel gift or for group events.
