We placed an order and unfortunately it was delivered to the person who placed the order, rather than the person we intended. It arrived late Friday afternoon at the office and by Monday the soup was defrosted so we threw it out. I called Customer Service and Jupiter was awesome! I explained what happened and no questions asked, he said he would send out a new order to our friends, and they had their gift within 24 hours. Thank you for the great customer service!

I have sent many packages to people through work, and we have personally received two packages. The packaging is really what takes it over the top. Really pretty with thoughtful quotes and touches included. And the three different soups we have tried have all been delicious. My honest bit of constructive feedback is that sometimes the rolls seem a little dried out by the time they arrive. Not sure if there's a good solution around that. That said, they're still tasty!

I've used A Spoonful of Comfort for years. This past order just wasn't the same experience as it has been previously. I had trouble getting hold of someone in Customer Service to submit my tax exempt forms (I called 3x and my email was written down wrong 3 different times), the recipient has an allergy to dairy and upon further investigation, I couldn't find one allergen friendly food item on your menu (so I sent a box full of non-food items called "A Spoonful of Comfort", kind of embarrassing), until I received this email requesting feedback, I wasn't even aware that the box was delivered successfully, I was waiting on tracking and/or a delivery notice. I'm not sure I'll use your products again.

My work brother is going through a horrible time right now. He has a lot of issues at work and his dad was put on hospice today. There are no words for what he is going through, but we wanted to make sure he knew we loved him and were thinking about him & his family. Knowing we could put a Spoonful of Comfort in the mail for him-- that it would arrive on time, be excellent quality, and take a burden off his family's shoulders was worth every single penny.
