Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing tickets. Doubt you remember but when you were processing our holiday you said if we weren’t happy with these seats there would be no pleasing us. You were on the money. Only Rod Laver himself or the umpire had a better seat than us haha.

We are a group of 4 males who have been on 1 moto GP in Thailand and 4 moto GP races in Malaysia the last trip this year 2023.
All our previous trips have been excellent.
This year was good but not quiet as good as previous years.We booked everything thru our local travel agent as we have done in previous years this year she stated "the booking process was a bit different this year more like the American style and we won't get our tickets till 72 hours before the race which could be a hassle if you were planning to extend your holiday before the race.
Previous years we have recieved backpacks, waterbottles, hats,lanyards, travel wallets,etc not this year.
When we arrived at the intercontinental hotel the foyer was not decorated with moto GP paraphernalia as it has been in previous years.All little things but that was set sportsnet apart from the others.
Our host was excellent.
I have since been informed that sportsnet which was an Australian company has been sold to an American company.

Thank-you Sports-net for a well-managed Tour, I was able to see first hand all of the renown Landmarks and Historical places . Our Guides from Sports-net and Globus were fantastic. Nothing was an issue, there were no silly questions, or answers
It must have been a Logistical Nightmare to coordinate at least 280 tourists associated with this Tour. Ian Hill was my contact at Sports-net and dealing with Ian was seamless. There was never an issue, and this was 2 years in the making for my son and I. His efforts were evident in the planning of all touring and sightseeing
Of Course THE Gala Dinner, what a fantastic venue for 280 odd guests. Riverboating on the River Seine. A great event, There would have been No facility that could have provided us with necessary facility to host this fantastic event. Kudos to whoever the Genius was that arranged this evening to talk about for ever.
Even the result of the final we could not be dissatisfied with the outcome. We were surrounded by so many humble South Africans. That were also part of our very diverse Group, Kiwi, Aussie and Bokkes, and not an issue transpired

Do not trust this provider. Recently did the Rugby World Cup in France and it was a very poor experience. Advertised as a premium tour with quality motels listed and their locations. Most of the time we did not stay at the listed motels and were punted away to far inferior motels on the edge of cities in industrial estates. Motels were very poor quality, mostly with no dining facilities and more than 5klms to nearest restaurant. To get to the games it was always between two and three hours on the bus. Advertised as porterage provided, but this was rarely the case. Some parts of the tour cancelled at short notice, but Sportsnet still pocketed the money for evernts we paid for. Many wasted hours back tracking along roads we had already been on.

Excellent comms throughout our booking process. Wonderful friendly, helpful, fun on the ground staff at our events ( RWC 2023 France). Great seats at all 5 games. Extremely good value for money tour , would defo use again !!! Thanks team !!

We were apart of the 'Wonthaggi Crew' MotoGP Philip Island Experience. We had great seats, accommodation, tour guide "NICK" and ever accommodating private bus with Mick the driver. Even the weather couldn't stop us!!
Nick made sure all members of the tour were looked after and made the experience even that more enjoyable.
We can't wait to rebook again. We'll done Sportsnet

I'd like to fully recommend Sportsnet Holidays.
From the moment we got in contact, Jake did everything possible and really worked with us to ensure our group had the package that best suited us to attend the Australian Moto GP. Everything went smoothly. Excellent communication and clarifying any queries we had. Our digital tickets all came through just prior to the event and all worked well; our accommodation in Melbourne at Travel Lodge Docklands was so perfect and just a 5 minute walk to Southern Cross Station where our coach transfers from the city to the circuit on Phillip Island and back each day were all on time, easy and super comfortable. We used SkyBus to transfer from Airport to city and back - super easy too. Honestly, everything was amazing and hassle - free. Thank you Jake and all the team at Sportsnet Holidays for ensuring our group of 5 all had a great time at the Aussie Moto GP 2023!

I want to heap praise on Sportsnet for their experience and expertise in putting the package together. Our package included dinner with ?? guest from motoGP. Imagine our surprise when Casey Stoner arrived as main guest speaker. What a great coup for Sportsnet. Everything was great and unforgettable. Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us and he is a great asset for Sportsnet.
I'll be back!

We recently attended the MotoGP, Phillip Island with Sportsnet. From the moment we met our host “Nick”, we were made to feel very welcomed and special for choosing Sportsnet.
Our bus driver stayed with us the whole weekend and not once did he find anything to hard to comply with. His name was Matt, and he was a treasure to have along with us.
The other people who were on the tour with us were fantastic, we all got along and it made the weekend extra special for all of us.
The accommodation, the seating, the organisation, our host, we could not have asked for anything more.
We were completely looked after from the time we arrived to the time we left.
We have used Sportsnet before for other sporting events and I highly recommend them.
Well done.

I have dealt with and purchased my packages with Craig Murtimer and the team at Sportsnet for the last 2 Rugby World Cups in Japan (2019) and France (2023). They assist in designing your needs, the matches you wish to see and cities you will be staying in. The amazing thing is no matter what you call them for and what changes you wish to make, they are most accommodating, as busy as the are! They want to ensure that their customers are happy, hence I go back there repeatedly. Our tickets at both RWC were perfect and the hotels were clean, central and very comfortable. I will be booking with them for all my future sports needs including the RWC 2027!!

We booked tickets to the RWC, the two quarterfinals in Paris. There was no issues in receiving the tickets and accommodation was basic but clean - as expected. The real issue I had was for the game (France / Spribgboks) that we travelled 20 hours to see - the seats were obstructed viewing with a large overhang obstructing our view of field - literally could not see the top of the goal posts on the one side and had zero view of any screens in the stadium - no replays or any of the buildup. A very disappointing situation as if we had know we would have definitely upgraded the package - at no time we were ever told that we had obstructed viewing.

Booked a trip to Bathurst 1000 with these guys, Craig was the man to help me with everything. Always quick to reply and address any question I had. The experience we had was amazing the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We looked at booking everything ourselves but this guys made everything so easy. Thanks for everything 😃

We booked match tickets and accommodation for two RWC games through Sportsnet. Every part of the RWC component of our five-week UK/France trip went so smoothly. Merchandise packs arrived and tickets came through on email. There was a delay with receiving our Wallabies Supporters Dinner lanyards to us, however, Sportsnet ensured these were delivered to our hotel during our stay. The accommodation was fabulous.
We stayed in Lyon for two consecutive weekends for Wallabies matches. First at Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux-Arts and then MGallery Carlton Lyon. The Carlton was particularly stunning!

they are absolutely useless I spent thousands of dollars on sports tour tickets, and I can't get the tickets I paid for out of them.
use this crowd and you will deserve what you get.
