This company operates as scammers. Do not buy any of their cameras. They do not work and when I returned it to get my money back they made out that they had not received it for months until the time ran out. I still want my money back. Please do not fall for anything they say as they are only concerned with taking your money. Their cameras do not work and they operate as scammers

Scam to say the very least and when u come to paying for items it said you get extra two cameras and you pay extra for them and then the memory card cost extra also. Then I was added extra for the postage and when I received the package was bursted and half the order wasn't there either. When trying to get up the camera again looking bank details even know it said it costs you nothing and they looking another £60 rip off to say the very least. Please be warned not to get caught up in this scam. Just keep adding money onto the order.

Firstly the advertising says Spy Focus Australia, the item come from Hong Kong, second the app is so hard to work with the cameras won't sync, the cameras I bought (3) only 1 would sync to my wifi, none of them would charge, after 24 hours on charge they were at about 2 percent. When I asked for a refund I was told to send them back at my expense or I could get a 35% refund. Don't waste your money like I did, this is a cheap useless product and it should be illegal to advertise the way they do

i was also SCAMMED with these faulty products...

i didnt give in....discussed my issue with the fraud department at AMEX my Credit Card providers who chased these issues up, also spoke with Consumer Rights in the uk

i was originally offer a 30% discount from the company but i refused...pushed a little hard over 2 days & then full credit received.....dont give up against BAD companies like these

Spyfocus est une escroquerie. L'adresse mail reçoit une réponse (.me = Monténégro). L'envoi vient de Chine et rien ne fonctionne. Le retour n'est pas souhaité par le service d'assistance et la proposition est de rembourser 35% du prix d'achat. Absolument inacceptable et une grosse arnaque. A éviter donc. Regardez aussi tous les commentaires et faites attention avant d'acheter n'importe où.

I ordered the Spyfocus 3pack at least 3 weeks ago. I have not received my order and my credit card was billed for two additional purchases. I spoke with what I assume was a customer service representative but my issue was not resolved. This is in my opinion for all intents and purposes a scam. I would appreciate if someone could fix this without requiring me to jump thru a bunch of hoops. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

This camera is absolutely useless the battery lasts 3 to 4hours if your lucky.The App is very hard to navigate along with poor instruction manual, and they claim it only takes 3mins.
I have sent an e-mail asking for support 4days ago to date no response.
Steer clear of this company.

If I could give a minus I would. Basically a heap of junk, tried to return and ended up with gradually rising offer to 75% refund which I took, just fed up with the hassle. DO NOT BUY

SCAM. AVOID. I NEVER WANTED THIS PRODUCT IN THE FIRST PLACE. MY YOUNG SON PURCHASED IT AND HAD MY PHONE SO WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THE PAYPAL PIN. PAYPAL REFUSED TO REIMBURSE.

SPYFOCUS SHIPPED THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY ACCORDING TO THEM AND SO WERE UNABLE TO STOP THE PROCESS. EVEN THOUGH I CONTACTEDTHEM 1 HOUR AFTER THE ORDER. IT ARRIVED 16 DAYS LATER OBVIOUSLY!

SPYFOCUS MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO GAIN A FULL REFUND. HOWEVER, THEIR WEBSITE TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY AND MAKE IT REALLY HARD TO ACHIEVE THIS. SEE BELOW. THEY MAKE THE CUSTOMER PAY FOR ALL THE RETURN POSTAGE (TRACKED). THEY ALSO DENY REFUNDS FOR ANY DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS (THEY DISCOUNT EVERY PURCHASE IT SEEMS TO ME).

I DID ACTUALLY TAKE THE PRODUCTS OUT OF THE BOX AND AS YOU WILL SEE ON LINE IF YOU READ THE REVIEWS THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NONSENSICAL AND THE TECH SET UP DOESN'T WORK.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY...UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 100% SCAM. AWFUL CHEAP CHINESE TECHNOLOGY AND A SCAM CO SET UP MAKING IT HARD/IMPOSSIBLE TO GAIN A FAST REFUND.

I bought the camera thinking it was a waste and I wasn't disappointed. It says set up in minutes. I wasted 3 hours trying to set it up. It says reset the camera by pressing the reset button. It doesn't exist. It asks for the PSK of the phone but nowhere is it provided. I never was able to connect it to my cell phone. The WiFi SSID shows up in my phone but that is it.

I wrongly took reviews at face value,all 5star of course.
Camera's arrived today after 6 days,tried to set up but it wanted access to all sorts of information from my phone which I declined as I thought unnecessary but to connect cameras you had to!
Whilst trying to set up I had a warning flagging up saying I had 17 malwares and would have to put an antiviras app to my phone! Cheesed of putting it politely gave it up as a bad job, Only now seen all these negative reviews will take it on the chin and put it down to a bad experience!

The worst company to do business with! They say they offered a refund but the link was broken and I never got it. The camera was a gift for someone but it never stayed charged long enough to connect to wifi. I would rate negative stars! Would not recommend!

I bought two cameras and they won't connect to my phone. I sent a message to them and was told the package can't be opened and I have to pay shipping to send back. To me this is nothing but a scam company!!!!

This company is shocking. Received 2 cameras, started the set-up, app wouldn't even open. Contacted customer service immediately requesting to start the return process. They replied fairly quickly. Offered 50% refund and I wouldn't have to return goods, I declined, they offered 75%, when I declined they said I would have to return goods to Germany to receive 100% refund. You, also, have to return with tracking which you have to provide to them. They have now replied saying that the refund could be 14 days after they receive the returned goods. Shocking service. Steer clear.

Absolut unbrauchbar. Akku der Kameras (3Stk.) lassen sich nicht mal aufladen. Verbindung war eine kleine Herausforderung. Auf keinem Fall lässt sie sich in 3 Schritten wie beschrieben verbinden. Verbindung verliert sich meistens am nächsten Tag. Neue Verbindung herstellen! Geld zurück kann man vergessen. Paypal meint sobald bezahlt wurde kann man nichts mehr machen, außer mit Verkäufer einigen. Dachte immer genau aus diesem Grund bezahle ich über Paypal. War vielleicht ein Denkfehler meinerseits. Jedenfalls Finger weg von diesen Kamereas. Absoluter Schrott. Kameras wie diese bekommt man um 1/3 billiger mit besserer Qualität.

Wish I could give it zero . What a cheap piece of plastic c—p . I bought this to make sure my elderly auntie who has dementia was safe at night , it won’t connect at all . How this company gets away with selling this rubbish I don’t know . AVOID AT ALL COST.

We purchased spy focus cameras and needed to return them because they were not what we wanted. We initiated a return request and they said 30% less of the total asking price as well as keeping the product, which we denied. they then offered 50% off the original price which we denied. Then the said 75% off original price which we denied.. We said no to all and we finally got them to agree on 100% refund. This was handled only through email. There was no phone number to call. We sent them back along with tracking numbers from USPS. They received it within 3 days and said they refunded our money. It never appeared. We had to put in a dispute with our credit card company and Paypal. Finally, after 6 weeks of returning the product we got our refund. This is not good customer service. They were polite but this took forever.

This product is very poor quality and it does not work as advertised. The batteries do not hold a charge (I ordered 4 ) and it does not work over my wifi.

Rated zero.
This is for suckers like me. Use them if you like to lose money.
