I paid for their high-end service, and they let me down over and over. They never get back to me when they say they will, in fact he never get back to me at all until I bugged them and eventually someone will call. He promises to call in the next day or two and he never does. I've been trying to get my money back from them for several months and they just keep kicking the ball down the road and will not refund my money as they did not perform all the services I expected. They will not give you a phone number. They will not give you their last names. I believe it's a scam.

Won my small claims through squabble and their company also helped me obtain documents for my own personal records and file legal documents to corresponding courts.

Total scam Job do not use this site I was told 2-3 weeks to process my small claims court when I signed up ,its now been 7 weeks the court has no record of my paperwork yet . I paid for the top package which was 454 bucks . I could have mailed it in myself for 8 bucks like they did . I got an email saying the courts are backed up and it may take 2-3 months now to process total joke all lies and I’m sorry I used this site

Squabble doesn’t provide any support, and I can’t find any way to contact the company for assistance. I’ve already spent around $350, and now they can’t serve the defendant because the correct address is listed, but they’re giving some absurd reason that they’re not allowed to receive the summons. It’s just plain ridiculous. Buyer Beware

This is nonsenical ..My case was filed on 10-30=2024 in Dallas Small claim courts so I thought..The state of Texas where stomach's are Big and minds are small said squabble did not file until 01-17-2025..The process server who i thank is on sabbatical has not served th edegenerate at Mobile Monkey's the court documents..ABC legal service said I would need to get a picture of the defendant and send to squabble like its my job to do so..I have been walking 430 kilometers from July when my transmission went out and I paid monkey mobile 4,000 to replace they did not..Went to squabble paid them and I am back at square one..

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I had such high hopes after purchasing their "best" small claims service! I received my answer, "not at this address"! After searching and calling, they still do business from this same address. And, Squabble wanted more $$$ so they could "try" to serve them again...what??? No, don't do it! It's quite easy to file yourself, I found out and a lot cheaper!

I have now been told by the court three times that my filing was not correct, all done by Squabble. Today, when I had a scheduled meeting with someone on Google Meet to talk through this, the person didn't show up. I was scheduled for 9:15 AM and waited until 9:45 AM for someone to show up, and still nothing. If someone from Squabble reads this, I would like to have a conversation, even by email, with you since you don't post any ways to contact you on your website. This whole thing started back in August 2024, and I have yet to have a judge hear my case because each of the three times, I was told things were not filed correctly or the other party was not served on time. I have another meeting on March 3 at 10:55 AM with you to speak about this but would like to speak to someone before that. You say that your filing is guaranteed. Each time you say that I'm good to go and that everything is taken care of, the court tells me that it wasn't done correctly.

Needed to file a claim in local small claims court. Signed up and paid Squabble for their service. Nothing, I mean nothing was done. They didn't file the claim, they wouldn't respond via email, couldn't get my money back as they will not respond to emails (they don't have a phone number) which is a big red flag!!!

Just a scam service.

I extremely disappointed..My case was filed on10-03-24 in Dallas were I am straight because man transmission went out of my car.. I assume the company mechanic for $8000..The Dallas small claim court put The blame on Squabble..I am stuck in the middle ..This Process server Appear to know either..This a travesty ..I am stuck in bloody awful Texas ..Then to add to my woes my storage unit was broken into and I lost $15,000 worth of my property..Squabble should file this case kids public to watch for free

Squabble charged me more than my initial claim just for filing and did not provide me any help along the way. After my case got thrown out they would not refund the 370 for their crazy fee and not helping me at all. Don’t use them ever they are scam artists. Terrible company.

I set up an appointment to speak with someone because I had questions about my case. There was a calendar and an appointment scheduled. No one called at the appointed time. Since then, I've written to this company (if that is what they are) and have not heard back from them nor have they even acknowledged receipt of any of my emails. Believe me when I tell you that I plan to go public with Linda Baquero on NBC. I don't tolerate BS. I should have known this would end up being a scam. Once they get your money, you are doomed. And yes, I will get an attorney and sue these jokesters unless they refund my money and let me move on with my life.

I filed a case. At this point I'm waiting for a court date. I paid extra to have a case agent. I've set up 3 different appointments. There is no detailed information on setting up these appointments. After 2 attempts they finally told me to use Google Meet. I did that and no one was there to take my call. I have tried using email to get someone to help me and I get a generic response. The customer service is just not there.

Awful experience. Been dealing with this company for over 8 months. Had first court date finally scheduled and they did not serve the defendants so we had to reschedule. They do not call or email you back. They have lied to me and said things were done and they haven’t. They finally served the defendants with a processor and they promised they would serve by Sheriff department too, well I contacted the Sheriff department several times and they never received the request so I had to drive 4 hours and pay more money out of pocket to make sure Sheriff served my defendants.. They sent me my invoice I paid them money after several requests so I can get reimbursed at court and they have under summary defendants vs defendants . My name is not even on the receipt, so I won’t get reimbursed unless under summary it’s states me as plaintiff vs defendants. I’ve asked for this Correction for 5 weeks now and still haven’t received. Very unprofessional and incompetent company.. if I go to court next week without this receipt sent to me corrected and I don’t get reimbursement by judge because I don’t have correct paperwork, I will sue this company for more then just this receipt I have been promised for weeks now.
I gave this company several chances to do the right thing and treat my case in professional manner and it has been nothing but lies and promises and taking way too long.
I do not recommend this company.

Service was accomplished on time after your process server missed it the first time.

Ryan from your company called from a "NO CALLER ID" number, and left the following message On January 9th at 6:20p (29 hours after the missed appointment): "This is Ryan. I'm calling from squabble. I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to connect with you and speak. If you regarding the case I assume you're a little busy right now I'll I'll try again shortly I'll talk to you soon thank you bye-bye…”

He has not called back, nor has he emailed.

Your customer service has been substandard, and people should avoid your services. I've requested a refund, and have been ignored.

I paid for the Dedicated Case Agent Package. In preparation for my court date on Friday 1/10/25, I scheduled a Case Review meeting for today (1/8/25) at 1:30p (EST) via Google Meet. I sat there until 1:50p, and no one showed up.

They have no phone number to call or Live Chat. I sent emails to let them know someone dropped the ball. I received the standard "We got your email," reply.

This is the last straw. They already failed to serve process on time for the first hearing (in November) - which made me have to reschedule. I paid them to hire the process server who blew the deadline, yet they acted like they were doing me a favor by not making me pay to have it served correctly.

My guess is that they are overwhelmed and can't manage their customer volume. Unfortunately, they take the money up front, and can hide behind their "Customer Support" email.

Let me tell you , this company pray on people . Their packages are not clear and transparent . I spend 96 $ for receiving a court form that I have to fill and wich is free to get online and in court . Same things with the letter , is a template you need to figure out ( also free online) plus 9 $ for E service . They don’t do civil court only small claims. Beside send them emails about it if I can update to civil court when I realized , they never responded , I was scammed by them . They don’t want to refund .
I want my money back. I did claim before and I don’ t you to teach me how to fill a court for and charge me 96 dollars for it ! Is a scam !!!!Refund my money !!!
