Great customer service and support! Quick turnaround from the time I submitted my claim until the time the court was notified the defendant had been served. Squabble is easy to use and very helpful!

This is App is a very clever way of giving people the opportunity to get justice for themselves in a fast convenient way! Justice for all.

I’ve filed small claims before, however this was my first time using an app to file, so I was a little nervous. Everything went great though. I got my claim filed, and was able to get the retribution I was looking for with minimal footwork on my part. Hopefully I don’t need to, but will definitely use the Squabble app again if I ever have to file another claim.

I’ve used Squabble for a while now and it’s been awesome. Thx to whoever came with this app because it has helped immensely with annoying small claims cases.

Had a dispute with myself and a business partner..Squabble helped resolve the problem much faster than the trial process.

The filing process was simple. As my case moved through the system, I received updates. I felt that I had professional support from beginning to end.
One suggestion I have for others: when you state the monetary settlement you are looking for, be sure to include the cost of filing. I didn’t include that cost but when I spoke to the company who owed me money, I told them that I wanted the filing cost included. They agreed and paid.

They didn't return any emails for solution they didn't acknowledge the fact that they attemped to deliver notice extwmley late as when n I s9gned up I reached out to let them know the person would be leaving that location by a certain date so they actually attempted delivery 4 days after she left location. I requested a refi d and they have yet to acknowledge me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely 0 custom service at all. Hired ABC LEAGLE which filed my court documents wrong not once, but twice. ABC legal claims they sent a refund for me to Squabble nothing not one single cent has been refunded to me. I have made 6 or more attempts to get in touch with Squabble with no luck. RUN and don’t use this company!!’

On September 19, Squabble emailed me the following: "We have hired an official third-party process server and attempts at service are ongoing."
Despite taking my money, Squabble never served the defendant (a registered agent with an office and staff working inside the office from Monday to Friday).

After a month, I paid a process server to do Squabble's job for them. I got the defendant served after one business day.

On October 18, Squabble finally replied (via this site - not through their "customer service" email) that the Tarrant County sheriff's office was supposed to serve the defendant -- totally contradictory to what Squabble told me a month ago. Also: Squabble did not even realize the defendant's agent was in Austin, TX (thus outside of Tarrant County, TX jurisdiction).

Unfortunately, the only way to communicate with Squabble after the sale is via Trustpilot. They don't reply to customer support emails.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to have a small claims suit filed including serving the defendant!
