Great customer service, excellent variety, competitive prices and lovely to see a free delivery option!!!

I thought the pricing was very competitive. By scrolling through the website I found products that aided my planning of this particular project.

Simple online ordering process and great price. Free delivery was also a bonus.

Great range of products at very reasonable prices. Everything needed for my staircase renovation project.

Informative website, great customer communications and prompt despatch and delivery. A great company to deal with.

Superb company to deal with! Easy to use Website with handy spindle calculator.

All parts arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I contacted them a few times to clarify what I required and to add delivery instructions, everyone I spoke to were lovely and very helpful.

Although as previously mentioned, there is a handy calculator but I somehow managed to order too many 🤦 . The items were returned and refunded within days without question.

I don't often leave reviews but this company are exceptional and would recommend to anyone needing quality stair parts , safe in the knowledge you have a helpful team of employees in the company if you need assistance.

Their website is very easy to navigate and to understand. Prices are exceptionally good far better than another company that I looked at.

I required advice from one of the designers at Stair Parts Direct and Andy was a great help in guiding me through the options and full process over a couple of phone calls and emails. There was no rush which helped to clarify my requirements, and he was enthusiastic and clearly very knowledgable about his trade.
I’ve now ordered some initial parts to start my project so hoping delivery and products match my experience thus far.

Incredibly efficient - informative emails on ordering and despatch - very, very quick delivery - good price and a huge range - helpful and friendly on the telephone when PayPal glitched - you just feel like this is a proper customer based company - highly, highly recommended

So far I’ve had 3 orders from Stairparts direct. The standard of the parts is really good, the shipping is very quick and the communication is great keeping you updated
