From showroom to completion of building…
From showroom to completion of building of wardrobe everything went according to plan. The Starplan employees were so friendly and friendly. The sales lady in showroom was very knowledgeable and courteous towards us. The fitters who built up the wardrobe were very friendly. So my wife and I would like to send our thanks to all concerned. New kitchen
Fantastic service, delivery and fitting. Very professional and very happy with my new kitchen. Downside was they didn’t dispose of the rubbish and still waiting on one snag being corrected.

What can I say. This company from start to finish has been professional from going into Starplan to Sanjida coming out to measuring up and then the fitters coming to complete it all. This is a 10/10.

Not happy with the customer after care
My bedroom was measured up for units a double set of drawers and a dressing table with electric bed. When it was all delivered the drawers were too big and I was told that I’d have to buy a single set of drawers with no suggestion that this would be replacing the double set. I also rang about the mattresses having no edge support to stop me rolling out. I was told I have to wait at least10 weeks to allow them to settle! I am not pleased with the customer satisfaction or service from Starplan after I paid for my items
