Adquirí unos servicios de Netflix Premium, supuestamente con la garantía de 1 año, tengo las pruebas de que ni si quiera ha pasado 1 año desde que las compre y ahora les pido que por favor me envíen unas nuevas credenciales y te salen con éste mensaje.

Compré una cuenta de HBOmax en teoría por 1 año y a los 4 meses la cuenta ya no tiene suscripción. He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos por el chat pero no hay manera ni siquiera de escribir nada y por correo electrónico te envían una respuesta automática diciendo que solo contestan a través del chat...Muy listos ellos.
Entiendo que Startgaming.net es solo el intermediario entre los vendedores (que proponen cuentas de origen dudoso) y los compradores (pardillos como yo) pero algún tipo de garantías deberían dar cuando el astuto vendedor deja de proporcionar el "servicio" por el que hemos pagado.
En fin, he jugado a la lotería y he perdido. No hagáis como yo y huid de startgaming.net.

I placed two orders. The first order went through without a hitch. However, when I placed my second order, I had trouble connecting to my account. I contacted the platform's service department, and the problem was quickly resolved. I now have a fully functioning Disney account and a Prime Video account.

Bought Netflix and Disney+ for a year. Took 3 days to receive the credentials. After receiving them I noticed that they sell brute-forced/cracked accounts.

That is not as advertised. I'll be doing a chargeback with VISA and my bank.

Sure, cracked accounts can be.. fun. But they only last a little while. And to pay $26 for them.. lol. Cracked accounts without access to the email in question usually cost less than $1 each. So yeah, this is an obvious scam/fraud. Avoid.

Quando ho reclamato i gestori del sito mi rimandano alla chat del venditore !

Compre una cuenta de netflix y no funciona, mandas mensaje al chat y siempre ponen lo mismo, que en menos de 24 horas te contestan, te mandan otra cuenta y sigue sin funcionar, por lo menos me han mandado 4 cuentas y ninguna funciona pero tampoco devuelven el dinero. Muy mal.

compre una cuenta de netflix y no me ha llegado a funcionar nunca, me han dado cuentas de reemplazo y no funciona ninguna, mandas mensajes al chat y siempre lo mismo te responderemos en menos de 24 horas, te responden cuando quieren y con cuentas que no funcionan, y de devolver el dinero dudo mucho que lo hagan pero lo intentare.

I would like to share my recent experience with StartGaming. On May 24th, 2023, I purchased a year's premium account for Netflix and Disney from them, paying $24.8. They provided me with a username and password, which I suspect were compromised as there were already user profiles created by other individuals. After gaining access to the accounts, you might be able to log in for a few hours or a day before being locked out. When reporting this issue to StartGaming, they would provide a new set of credentials, but the problem persisted.

I have made multiple requests for a refund, but they have not responded to any of them. Their lack of communication is concerning. I strongly advise others to be cautious of these fraudsters and avoid making purchases from them.
