Shocking ordered said would take 3 days still waiting 3 week later was a gift now the web ain’t working

I ordered a box on the 29th June I got an email end of July to say it was done and Royal Mail will contact me I still haven’t received it I’ve emailed etc but not had anything back. Also still haven’t heard off Royal Mail this is a birthday present

Ordered a box the box came and it’s fine but I ordered velvet which was extra. Anyway they sent the box with no velvet as they said the wait times were too long. Didn’t communicate this with me. They have stated they have issued a refund for the velvet which they haven’t. It’s been a month now and I still haven’t received . They do not answer any emails so I had to go to instagram I am now getting ignored. All I want is my refund for the velvet I didn’t get. Having to now take this further. If I get my refund I will amend the review. Communication is shocking and this reason alone I would never order again.

Delivery time was very poor (yes there was a bank holiday but I should of received it well before then) No reply to any emails but did reply on instagram, the box is quite small and not very well thought out as you can’t close the lid with a stander 3 tear grinder or pot inside as shown on there demo picture on instagram. They did inform me these items do fit but need moving in order to use the trey as intended. The holder isn’t very deep so your paper can fall off quite easy. Doesn’t seem to have any kind of lacquer on to protect the art work of paint. The art work is very nice and very well done. (They did reach out to me on Instagram after leaving this review and to called me a sausage. Very professional)

Great customer service, fast turnaround. Had a little mix up with my order but it was soon corrected which was a surprise as it was so close to Christmas! 10/10 would recommend using stench!

Don’t recommend at all! I tried to ask for a refund on a parcel that hadn’t arrived yet to which I received abuse afterwards for.

I was contacted on my personal number, which I never gave permission to be used, by someone representing a company I’ve dealt with. During the call, they screamed at me and made verbal threats.

I’ve kept full video/audio evidence of the call, the number it came from, and the related social media accounts as this number is linked to this company along with the emails.

This is not okay. This type of harassment needs to be documented and stopped.

Absolutely phenomenal service, from start to finish the input I've had into my customs have been down to the finest details. Can't honestly rate this guy enough, he's a pleasure to deal with.

A family member told me about this page, I ordered a custom box with custom picture, after waiting a bit longer than expected we received the box, we contacted Mr Stench about where our box would be and he gave us details and telling us not to worry and that our box is on route to us, which was great news, as we was worried it wasn’t gonna come, we received the box today and all I can say is……… Wow best stash box I’ve seen and had nothing wrong with it nothing to complain about will recommend highly

Absolutely appalling customer service, advertise 48hr delivery but don’t adhere to it and takes weeks to reach you, use a website that you know you’ll get it at a reasonable time.

The box was just what I asked for, took a few days longer than expected but worth the wait! 10/10 would recommend

Great box ,however was a small dent on top when arrived and was also late did not receive in time for the certain day even though said be delivered by valentines day ,online quotes they will put a small card with my personal words on and was on the receipt not on a card

Nice design and nice layout in the box I ordered, however the design came chipped - within two days of using the box the lock has already started coming loose. Really disappointing as you spend at least £35 and they don’t even put anything on the box to keep the design intact. Customer service is also none existent i was about to contact them about my order taking slightly longer than expected UNTIL I saw a post they had made on their story saying anyone contacting them through their page will get their order refunded no negotiation! Honestly ridiculous.

Update on the parcel , it hasn’t arrived or even been dispatched , the guy behind the account on instagram is ignoring messages not giving me no information saying 3-5 days then extended to 7-10 days it’s now been 17 days (13 working days ) and still no update on where it is don’t order from here people .
