STICPAY is a mess
I have dealt with multiple international payment wallets and STICPAY is by far the worst.
My first international bank deposit with them was fine, quick and hassle free. When the time came to withdraw my funds I faced multiple issues and didn't understand why they advertise international withdrawals but they are unable to fulfill this. I ended up opening a bitcoin account just so I can receive my funds.
I decided to give them one more chance and initiated an international bank deposit, again, this time they are currently failing to allocate my funds, even after sending proof of my transaction from my bank the support team has suddenly gone quiet and have not responded to my email. It's been a week since making the initial deposit and my account is still sitting on 0.
I have now initiated a reversal process with my local bank to get my money back.
Stay away from this company, some brokers force you to deal with them but I would rather find another broker than to deal with this mess.
Update: Deposit was eventually processed.

Sticpay keep your money
Deposit is instant unfortunately when you want to withdraw money, they would ignore all of your inquiry email and no update at all.
In their website, money withdrawal process would take around 3 - 4 business day, now already more than 1 week still in pending status. No update was given when you email their team.
My withdrawal id transaction is 708774 and 709085.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent incident that occurred while attempting to deposit funds into my Sticpay account.
Today, I attempted to deposit funds amounting to 2000 US dollars into my Sticpay account using my Visa credit card. Despite entering all the required credit card details accurately and receiving the OTP (One-Time Password) from my bank for verification, the deposit process completed without any errors. Upon completion of the process, I was shocked to discover that my account balance remained at 0 US dollars. This unexpected outcome has raised serious doubts about the security and reliability of Sticpay's payment system.
Subsequently, I attempted to contact Sticpay's customer support team for assistance. I submitted an inquiry through the webform provided on the client portal after logging in. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation from Sticpay acknowledging receipt of my inquiry. Moreover, when I attempted to contact Sticpay's customer support via the phone number listed (Phone: +44 7757116130), I encountered further frustration. Upon dialing the number, I received a message stating that the number is invalid. This lack of accessible customer support channels adds to the already concerning situation.
I am deeply troubled by this experience and the apparent lack of responsiveness from Sticpay's customer support team. As a user, I expected a higher level of service and reliability from Sticpay, especially when dealing with financial transactions of this nature.
I urge Sticpay to urgently address this matter, provide a resolution to the failed deposit issue, and improve the accessibility and responsiveness of its customer support channels.
I await the response and a satisfactory resolution to this troubling issue.

Ich hab einen internationale Bank Transfer getätigt auf mein Bank Konto. Überall stand bei 500 Euro Auszahlung das eine Gebühr von 25 Euro entsteht, was ich schon für sehr hoch halte. Doch zum Schluss kam mit einem Verwendungszweck agent fee anscheinend nur 460 Euro an. 40 Euro Gebühren, finde ich schon einen Wucher. Mal schauen was der Support antwortet
