It has been also one (1) month since i did my USD 300 withdrawal request and they have either not responded to my emails or emailed with a standard response that they are working on it. The last email they sent is that they are dealing with a high volume of withdrawal request and cannot give a timeline when my request will be processed. Sticpay behaves an act like a fraudulent company that is scamming people of their hard earned money. This is really despicable behaviour.

I am writing again regarding my $744 USDT withdrawal, which has been pending for over 1 month without any resolution or TXID provided.

This delay is unacceptable. If I do not receive an immediate update or my funds, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with financial regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.

Please treat this as urgent and resolve this issue immediately.

O STICPAY está a ser uma grande desilusão. Fiz um levantamento que deveria levar apenas 3 a 5 dias úteis, mas já passou mais de 1 mês e o meu dinheiro continua bloqueado sem qualquer explicação. O suporte limita-se a enviar respostas automáticas que não resolvem absolutamente nada.

Estou a ser gravemente prejudicado: contas atrasadas, juros acumulados e zero transparência por parte da empresa. Uma carteira digital que promete rapidez e facilidade não pode tratar os clientes desta forma.
Experiência péssima — não recomendo a ninguém.

The customer agent is very responsive and friendly in guiding how to use sticpay, really apprecitate their support! I also request for a physical card and hope it’ll arrive soon to withdraw my money in ATM

I very disappointed with my verification process. My account is on hold even though I summit my documents. I am day trader trying to withdraw money from my fbs account but no response from your company even though I emailed them several times

I deposited money into Sticpay in August. After doing my trades i requested a withdrawal and the money disappeared and never got into my withdrawal account.
Since 06.08.2025 until today i have not received my money.
I contacted them trough email. All i keep getting is ,“ we have done a follow up, our support will contact you „
These guys are scammers and liars.

The rules was changed when I requested a withdrawal and also I deposited and went in without any issue. My withdrawal has been pending for days, I contacted the support team and I was told my withdrawal will be processed within two days. It has been three days my withdrawal is still without been processed. I appreciate how steady my progress feels whenever I stick with CENTURY and 100 it keeps everything moving in the right direction for me.

Hello everyone, I managed to get a refund after waiting a month for the transfer from Sticpay, which didn't happen.
I requested the withdrawal on 11/11/2025, it only showed as (sent) on the website, and the money disappeared.
I sent many emails to Sticpay support and received no response until I started pressuring my brokerage firm, which recommended Sticpay for money transfers.
And finally, today, 12/8/2025, Sticpay responded and instructed me to cancel on their website, and the money would return to my account.

The response follows:

You can cancel your pending withdrawal transaction in your portal. Please try to find the trash bin icon beside your transaction status field and click it. After canceling your withdrawal, kindly wait for the funds to be reflected in your account.

This website is not reliable.
Transferring here my profit from my forex broker is a smooth process but when I tried to transfer to my UAE bank account, they cannot process it and no explanation was given.
They can only process it to your local bank.

I converted USD 200 into USDT through the Sticpay app, expecting to be able to transfer or convert it back into fiat later. However, once the conversion was done, the app gave me no option to send the USDT out or convert it back. My funds are now completely stuck.

I contacted support several times, but they have been unhelpful and dismissive. It feels like a scam — they hold your money with no clear way to recover it.

I strongly advise others to avoid using Sticpay

It's great to use STICPAY. It's reliable and easy to use . Their support is quick to answer my questions. It's convenient to use.

STICPAY freeze my money of $3000 on its wallet for 15 days till now, the normal withdrawl time is 1-2 days as it claims on this website, but right now it is 15 days overdue. I contacted its Support team multiple times, but no replies!

This company is worst and big scammer in this industry.i deposit 50 dollar thought I will withdraw but it says u have min 100 usd withdrawal allowed so i deposit more 50 it cut 40 dollar charges for withdrawal.worst ever seen this kind of service.i will say please never use this co don't know why this conis not getting banned .why brokers like roboforex shows this type of co on their portal .

I really like the service! Very convenient... their support team are very responsive.. I'm just sad international transfer takes business days to process, but i unerstand tho hehe.. I still reccommend this platform... nice STICPAY!!!

My experience in STICPAY is good even if im encounter some problems in the withdrawal, im keep using it since i created the account last 2020. Their transaction is fast but sometimes it takes time especially the withdrawal that i encounter a month ago. Im still satisfied because the customer service is responsive whenever i emailed them, they respond always. I only give 3 stars because Sticpay need to improve the service including the transactions.

If you're Generous enough and want to donate your hard earned money use these criminals, who when you want to withdraw your money they delay and give you all the excuses they can find in the world. my $2000 USD was stuck with them had to push my forex broker to refund back to them so that I can use other means of getting my money. SO I WAS FORCED TO USE THIS PAYMENT PLATFORM BY THE COMPANY I DO BUSINESS WITH, I TRANSFERRED $107.00 USD (0.00098243 BTC) TO THEM, THEY. THESE PEOPLE, AFTER WAITING HOURS TOOK $86.59 USD AS SERVICE FEE AND ONLY GAVE ME $20.00 USD (0.00018291 BTC).. YES I WAS ROBBED BY THEM AVOID AT ALL COST,, I HAVE THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE..

Che nonostante abbia cacciato tutti quei soldi e ho le ricevute che ho pagato il conto e ancora al disotto di meno 105 e io nn ho pagato più niente perché mi sentivo truffata e loro mi hanno fatto la denuncia e mandato una carta della procura per whatsapp e in più mi e arrivata una email dell agenzia dell entrare di Torino che entro 15 giorni devo far comunicare con un legale all agenzia dell entrare se no poi procedono senza preavviso nn ho parole

I submitted a withdrawal request from my STICPAY wallet on 31.03. 2025, and to this day (over 2 weeks later), I have still not received my money (over $2500 USD). Their stated withdrawal time is 3–5 business days, yet nothing has been processed.

I've contacted their support team multiple times, and each time they give me the same vague response: "we are following up with the relevant team." No one takes accountability, and no real updates are ever provided.
This is unacceptable from a company claiming to be safe, transparent, and instant.
I have now:
Filed a formal complaint with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Submitted a case to the UK Financial Ombudsman (FOS)
