I submitted a withdrawal request from my STICPAY wallet on 11 April 2025, and to this day (over 2 weeks later), I have still not received my money (over $300 USD). Their stated withdrawal time is 3–5 business days, yet nothing has been processed.

I've contacted their support team multiple times, and each time they give me the same vague response: "we are following up with the relevant team." No one takes accountability, and no real updates are ever provided.

This is unacceptable from a company claiming to be safe, transparent, and instant.

I have now:

Filed a formal complaint with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Submitted a case to the UK Financial Ombudsman (FOS)

Started a complaint process with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Malaysia, where STICPAY is licensed

Until this is resolved, I strongly urge others to stay away from STICPAY. If you are having similar issues, take immediate regulatory action.

Pagato 280 euro...chiuso conto è ora mi mandano documenti del tribunale per non aver pagato...io ho tutte le mail...anche quella del conto chiuso....vado alla polizia e denuncio....

Mi hanno mandato a processo per 105 euro di debito!!! Non ci posso credere. Ho aperto il conto nel 2021, non ho mai prelevato e non l’ho mai chiuso non sapevo che c’era il canone! Mi è andato il saldo in negativo, mi hanno scritto, minacciato di denunciarmi! Gli ho detto che non avrei pagato niente e Venerdì 18 mi è arrivata a casa la notifica dei carabinieri per apertura processo!!! Non ho parole, per 105 euro!!! Vergognatevi

Stessa cosa a me! Vogliono 103€ altrimenti vanno per vie legali!!! Truffa o verità? Che bisogna fare? Io non ho mai usato il conto e ho mandato un e-mail ed è stato chiuso ! Sul e-mail inglese mentre un e-mail italiana mi chiede soldi!! Aiuto

Mi chiedono più di cento euro per la tenuta del conto aperto nel 2021 che non ricordo di averlo fatto e vogliono procedere per via legale ,per me facciano pure ma se vogliono i soldi venissero di persona

In questi giorni mi chiedono soldi che io non ho mai ricevuto / ritirato come bonus e mi chiedono soldi x apertura del conto aperto x 3 anni .avevo anche mandato annullamento iscrizione perché bisognava fare entrare altre persone. Tipo sistema ponzi . Adesso mi chiedono le spese del conto

Anni fa sono stata invitata a registrarmi su questo sito,ma non ho potuto perché dopo infinite prove non hanno verificato i miei documenti,e non ho aperto nessun conto.Oggi ho ricevuto un email da sticpay nella quale mi informano che io sarei registrata,ma non avrei
preso il bonus,e mi chiedono il pagamento delle commissioni altrimenti procedono per vie legali.Quando finiscono queste truffe?

Impossibile inviare i documenti stamattina ho una mail che mi dice che vanno per vie legali poiché non ho pagato il canone conto ??????????????

Bunch of scammers. I did requested a withdrawal but it has never be processed since last year. Poor customer service. No reply at all..

Do not use this platform. Nothing but poor customer service, denying that they have received funds and the bank could see where the had post the funds( accept it). They keep asking for the same documents over and over again and takes weeks to respond at this point I am sure that they are nothing but a bunch of scammers

These are scammers guys, from November up to now my withdrawal has not been processed yet and it's supposed to take 3-4 days according to their website. Avoid using them by all means.

I requested a swift withdrawal with ID: 72538 almost 2 weeks ago and I still don't have any sign of my money, more than 5 business days have passed, which are necessary for the transfer. That money is for an important medical operation that I need to perform urgently, how is it possible that not even the help center responds? I have no report or answer as to where my money is.

2025 Sticpay is still a big scam. Nothing has changed.
Am writing this to update everyone researching about sticpay if they have changed. Nothing of such. They have refused to reply me and put my account on hold. Whoever owns sticpay should be hunted down. The FBI and other bodies should arrest all its workers including the owners. I already made a detailed report to the FBI and ic3. I pity anyone and any company still working with sticpay. And sticpay I promise you I would surely recover my funds from you, if you like ignore my emails. Thanks

I was going to create an account base on all these reviews i want to stay away,thank you guys for helping me know how this company is a scam.

Have requested a withdrawal of the money a year ago already. Have 2000$ in my account. After request, my account was immediately blocked and it's still "ACCOUNT ON HOLD". I've written countless emails as well as contact people that work in Sticpay through LinkedIn. It is very unpleasant experience begging for your own money. If there is a way to solve this it would be great for sticpay team/ customer service to contact me.

Worst app everrr my $100 blew up because them submitted since a week and no response

This company is a big fraud. They are big scammers. I had money in my sticpay wallet account and it disappeared just like that. I wrote several emails to their help line or customer care whatsoever how to withdraw my funds and they have been mute on me till later one day I found zero balance on my account. The whole time 390USD is gone. You guys are thiefs!!!!!!!!!!I will never recommend anyone to use sticpay they are scammers that steal their users funds from their accounts.

I am a lawyer who deals with these payment problems.
I will contact Labuan FSA.
I will request the suspension of the Sticpay wallet license.
Until Sticpay solves these payment problems, I will also request that a fine be imposed.
To other customers who have problems with Sticpay, I recommend that they contact Labuan FSA
