If I could give this company a negative -1 rating I would.
The customer service is abhorrent. They refuse to return my funds that i deposited with credit card. I asked them to send back to same card. They said they won't do that and I need to spend the money with a merchant. The other suggestion they made is that I open a crypto account and they send me some useless crypto.
They are scammers. Stay away if you value your money! They will steal it and refuse to return it.

It is now close to two weeks since I made a withdrawal request and their emails are robotic in response.They are quick to say "we will get back to you as soon as possible",then they ignore you, until you contact them again and they write the same thing.That is my money

I made a $10 international wire transfer to my Sticpay account, and it was successful.
Then I deposited around $500 using my card, and this transaction was also successful.

However, when I made a $5,000 international wire transfer to my Sticpay account on August 14, 2024, that amount was not deposited into my account.

Sticpay support informed me:

"We would like to inform you that the previous bank account has been terminated. Please kindly ask the sender bank to return the funds to your account, or they will be returned to your account automatically after a period of time.

Please kindly note to check the deposit details before transferring funds to our bank account."

The support team only replied to me once, and since then, I have emailed more than 10 times without receiving any response.

I still hope you will reply.

Horrible, shady, dodgy company. Tried it once and not going back ever. The amount of extremely negative reviews here speak for themselves. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU FEEL GENEROUS AND WANT TO MAKE A ONE-WAY DONATION TO A SCAM COMPANY WHO LOVES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL STAY DEAFLY QUIET OR COME UP WITH ALL KINDS BULLSH*T EXCUSES TO STALL YOUR WITHDRAWAL TRANSACTIONS AND THEN MAKE YOU GIVE UP ALTOGETHER. WITH PAYPAL, WHY EVEN BOTHER WITH AN UNTESTED, UNTRIALED COMPANY LIKE STICPAY, EVEN THE NAME SUCKS

My account is still on hold for over 6 months now and still counting......... And I'm still unable to login my account and Sticpay hasn't replied any of my emails asking why my verify and very active account should be put on hold I can't even carry out any of my business transactions again.

Clicked credit card to make a deposit and it took me to union pay but that’s only the tip of the iceberg. At the time of this post it’s been 5 days for them to fix this tiny little technical issue. This is utterly unacceptable and embarrassing for such a company. I’m switching from my favourite broker so I don’t have to deal with such Mickey Mouse incompetence. Btw I have never left a good or bad review for any business but this deserves to be noted. Get you ish together sticpay. Unbelievable! Btw give me access to your system for 5 minutes and I will fix it for you clowns.

1-all they do is taking fees for anything u do I wonder why they dont take fee for logging in to your account.
2- all you do when dealing with this scam is waiting
so your not gonna lose money only But time as well.

I did a deposit of 400 eu and It didnt show In my wallet now I am waiting for more than 3 weeks on my refund still havent received anything they are frauds very unprofessional.

Withdrawal

I have been trying so many withdrawals with sticpay, mostly take so long then the mentioned days other than that this gives frustration! This tests my patience. I had high expectations when the local bank wire/international transfer had fees so it must be quick so i thought i'd give it a try. I tried both. End up getting frustration instead. i am done with sticpay. After cancelling the withdrawal, the amount is still 0 and even that takes time to get back to my account. For that i emailed them but no replies. How come people rely on this industry? i hope people would read this. Highly and very not recommended. So much time wasted waiting for this sticpay. nothing but a frustation.

I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal with multiple options and to no avail it’s like it being done purposely. I reached out and it’s excuses after another. Like do you want to keep customers!! I read these reviews and still went ahead and used their services . I got 2 withdrawals done no problem. Now it’s like they don’t want to do anything.

Geolocation within 500 meters of your address - WTH is that about? what if I'm outta town in another state, or overseas? This KYC nonsense is a first for me. Never had issues like this with echelonis elitus. With them, it's smooth sailin' and sendin' money is a breeze.

Please if you don’t want stress,PLEASE use another company. They won’t tell you if their services are available in your country. You will have a torrid time trying to withdraw.

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. This is the worst payment platform I've ever used. Deposits go through almost immediately, but when you try to make a simple wire transfer or withdrawal, it takes forever—sometimes weeks, even months. Often, your withdrawal doesn't go through at all. Avoid this platform at all costs and refrain from doing business with them. This is delay fraud/scam. They are a fraud.

If you have option to Neteller / Skrill, please stay with them and don't ever think to try SticPay. they advertised local bank wire withdrawal is up to 2 business days!! the reality is more than that. I'm still waiting my withdrawal and so frustated. email so many time and none get back to me. these are my recent WD ID 711349 & 711305. I'm in the edge of stop business with them.

Hello sir, They Said 10 bucks bonus will be added after sign in and so on . But I didn't received any amount of money the campaign is over . No bonus added .

The support service is useless, I made a deposit more than 2 weeks ago and haven’t had a response after sending them numerous emails.

Next step call the bank. Never using Sticpay again.

Don’t use this scam company , to deposit it’s very fast , but you can’t never withdraw your money anymore , when you try , it takes weeks in pending status , and if it’s for some reason is cancelled , they discount the fee anyway !

If you try to talk to the support they don’t reply ! DONT USE STICPAY NEVER !!!!!!!
