2. NO WITHDRAWL NO REPLY NO CUSTOM SERVICE
: very ridiculous point that they do not answer to my email as I have already sent them thousand times.
Plus, they only provide email support and they provide no reply.

3. DON'T ANNOY YOURSELF
: Since STICPAY does NOT process WITHDRAWLS and REFUSES to reply,
future legal procedures are being reviewed.
HOPE you DO NOT use this RUBBISH like a fool (just like me) and DON'T bother yourself and use better services.

Absolutely disappointing onboard process.
We have uploaded the important personal and business-related docs 1 month ago. They did not even check it. Now, I'm not able to reach the dashboard. And they still asking for the docs. The account has gone for no reason. So, where did our docs gone??

Sent $141.00 AUD received $93.00 AUD using a international transfer, the calculator said I would get $133.95 after fees( thats ok a fair fee) however after it was sent via there 3rd party that you don't get told about you get hammered on fees and loose 35%.
That is a mad set up.
I am super unimpressed

Terrible you people are asking way too much for verifying documents like proof of address like bank statement and has to be scanned and stamp by doctor or lawyer way too much nonsense l cannot even approach a doctor or lawyer in my country for that.

Be careful to use Sticpay! they are a real fraud. If you want to lose your money then use their service.

Sticpay customer service is s-h-i-t. I wrote emails 3 times for my issue but no reply at all. It's been a month already. Can it be happening by a reliable company? No, never.

Just started to use this wallet. I was expected something new and cool but it looks the same as other online wallets.

I am using Sticpay for several months now, and am impressed with their stable operation, and faster transaction time. Sticpay supports multiple local currencies with low conversion fees, which makes trading easier across the world.

Non so quante mail ho inviato per i documenti (senza risposta ovviamente), dato che riuscire a farsi accettare i propri documenti dal sito web risulta quasi impossibile! Ho provato tante ma tante volte con scarsi risultati.
Io mi chiedo: se una persona ha dei problemi riguardo l’App o il sito web e non risponde mai nessuno per mail, come può iscriversi ed usare questa cosa?? Assurdo 🤬

I've been using their payment platform for the last 2 months and I'm quite satisfied with their service. The verification process was not complicated. I got the mail with detailed instructions on how to verify the account and also I have found the useful instructions on my page in the documents section with examples of documents. Maybe it will be helpful!

I registered, submitted all the required documents, and deposited money by the next day (I could've done it the same day had I not uploaded the wrong documents).
Sticpay support was quick to contact me about the documents I had to resend, and also quick to reply to a query I made about my first deposit.
So far I have deposited money into my Sticpay account using domestic bank transfer and credit card.
Also, when funding my trading account using Sticpay, the money was in the trading account almost instantaneously.

Completely horrendous experience Will not be using them again. tried to make a payment to my forex broker AAFX just for Sticpay to block my transaction saying they won't let me give them money when they are one of their forex partners is a bit of a joke. Especially when there is nothing anywhere on their website about EEA members not allowing to do payments. So i spent £150 to essentially move funds to my account on their website and back to my bank again. along with the awful process to verify my account which took more than a month when other sites take mere minutes in some cases. Terrible service AVOID!

I have never seen such a worst customer service and a worst system.

Firstly to open an account, they ask for driving license, and how many times I scan, they simply say it is not passing ID check. Such a worst detection system, as I have used same Driving license scan for many purposes and never got a complaint.

Second, and most important one. No where in the whole of account opening or in their withdrawal method it mentions that the minimum transfer is $100. My money went into Sticpay account and when I tried to transfer to International account, it only complains that it cannot, as the transfer has to be above certain limit. Confused and went digging all FAQ and couldnt find an answer. When Spoke to customer service, they admit the fault that Sticpay doesnt mention anywhere that the minimum international transfer is atleast $100, and they are helpless.
Such an annoying answer !!
Tried to raise 3 queries from last 3 weeks to get this discussion forward, and they just dont respond.
They are just making fun of customers and holding the money, and with incorrect information

Totally satisfied with the recent update for the Sticpay app. The app is now so much easier to use and navigate.

Their ID scanner is broken. It will always reject your docs, no matter how clear and high quality you upload. Pathetic customer service.

I am totally satisfied with SticPay. A lot of thanks for the good, smart service.
