I am writing this preview to help others understand the real potential of this service, as, from their offering, it looks very good to be true.
They offer the following:
1-sticpay card, which is claimed to be accepted worldwide, however since almost 3 months, it was stopped because of the gimmick reason (COVID-19) :-)
2- They claim it is possible to withdraw through international bank transfers. I live in Saudi, tried to withdraw and got rejected, also I have an Egyptian bank account, also rejected, their customer service informed me that the rejection is from the bank. if this is the case, them the bank in both Saudi and Egypt are considering the sender a fishy source, which is raising question on the service regulation.
3- Tried to withdraw bitcoin from my account, the process turned to be MANUAL, and since most of the payment links are time-bound sometimes for only 15 min, I failed to make some transactions as it took up to one hour.

in General, I still see the service has great potential, but a fundamental revamping as to take place first to be up the customers' expectations.

Sticpay don't honour customer but they do what they like.

J'ai fais 3 demandes de retrait (500-500et550 euros ) le 27 mars, nous sommes le 15 Avril et je n'ai reçu qu'un seul virement. Soit disant entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables, à chaque fois que j'envoie un mail ils me disent que le virement est traité et va arrivé mais toujours rien, cette société n'est pas sérieuses, conseil : ne jamais laisser de grosses sommes transiter sur ce site

I uploaded 2 Bank statements and 1 mobile phone billing statement, Compliance team always rejected my POA with stupid reason. Every country always have difference rules and models. If you need should be have created date on the statement, contact the bank that generate the statement and ASK THEM why don't have date of creation on the bank statement.

they are scammers and the play on you i submit my legal fully attested documents all the time and they reject without any hard reason first they say attest by any govt official i done and submit they reject then said attest by lawyer then i did with lawyer again rejected said invalid documents i will claim on them they waste the peoples time bigget scam wallet ever

I made a transfer from my stic wallet, which was later returned by my bank to Sticpay at no charge. To my surprise, the money which Sticpay had sent to my bank account was way less than what it should have been. And when the funds cleared into my Stic wallet my money had been cut in half. I have made an enquiry and followed up with them but they have not bothered to return my money or explain where and why such a hefty amount was taken from money I deposited into the wallet.

I have to deal with several foreign currencies for business reasons and my experience with Sticpay is quite impressive. First of all, USD is the default currency of Sticpay. It is more lucrative than EUR as it has a higher value that the USD.

It also support multiple local currencies and the conversion fees are lower when my recipients account currency is different. I am continuing with this one surely.

I found my perfect option with sticpay. I use local bank wire for deposit prepaid and stic card for withdrawing. Doing this, I cut my spending on fees almost twice as compared to international bank wire, and sticpay transactions are faster.

I am using stickpay for one year and never had problems with funding. May be it depends on the country or withdrawal method, sometimes bank can hold money as far as I know. One time withdrawal took longer than 2 days but I contacted them via Facebook and email and they responded to me back within a few hours and resolved my queries. Surely that's not a scam

I have many e-wallets, Stic is one of them. I signed up on Stic because of their prepaid card, because my neteller card works only in Europe. Now I always use Stic card as it works everywhere where union pay, many countries.

i made a withdrawal from over a month to my bank and they still didnt credit it they keep finding excuses that they had a problem with their bank but they won't give a timeline when this problem will be fixed.

Avoid this payment options really unprofessionals also with their support.

I did get my account verification very fast and their website interface looks decent.

But when I tried my first withdraw, things went wrong. I withdrew about 200USD from a broker and sent it to Sticpay and then I withdrew from Sticpay. It said approved. I kept waiting as you know, it was an international bank wire; waiting 3-7 business days is normal. And almost 1 month I did not get any money from my bank account.

I emailed them twice and got no response! I added some "special content" in my 3rd emal and they replied back immediately. That is funny. Now they said they will deal with the problem. If I receive my money, I will update this review.
